  I was concerned that...

  I was concerned that both check-in and check-out took a long time. The Room layout wasn’t great, and the toilet’s bidet function had weak water pressure, which wasn’t good. The free water was helpful since I wanted something to drink.

  I chose this place because the location was convenient and the price was low, but everything felt too outdated. Since there are many options nearby, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

  It was unfortunate.

  The location is good, but the Hotel overall has quite old Facilities, and the walls of the Room were dirty, making it uncomfortable. The sheets and bedding also felt damp... The staff's response was not very good either. I don't think I will use it again.

  Thank you to the staff.

  Due to a mistake on our part, we ended up with a double booking and only realized it after checking in. However, the staff promptly arranged to ensure that the card payment was not processed, so we didn't have to pay the accommodation fee twice. I am grateful for that. I apologize for reducing the number of available rooms. The room was small, but I was able to relax quietly without being bothered by the sound of footsteps in the hallway just beyond the door.
