    I stayed here again on the last day of the year. Despite being in a location that could be described as right along Kokusai-dori in Naha, it’s a Hotel I really like, with a resort-style pool and a large public bath. However, I later heard from someone involved that this year there were pool parties for gender-diverse guests for three consecutive days, and nearly 100 people kept coming into the pool one after another, so I couldn’t relax. I think parties are fine, but if it was going to be that crowded, I wish you had informed guests in advance so I could have changed my Accommodation. For those who want to relax by the pool, it was disappointing on the last day.

    It had a cozy, home-like atmosphere.

    Since my son’s family lives in Okinawa, I have visited Okinawa several times. This time I planned to stay without renting a car, so I chose this Hotel because it is close to Kokusai-dori. It was conveniently located near the Yui Rail station. The Room was kept clean, and I also appreciated that the bath and toilet were separate. I booked a Plan with breakfast included, and every morning I enjoyed delicious local specialties. There is also a large public bath, which I used to relax. However, partway through, several children came in and started jumping into the not-very-large tub and diving underwater, which surprised me. Their parents were with them but did not say anything, which was disappointing. Someone else who was bathing seemed to speak up, but it did not help. The next day I used the bath in my Room instead. The water felt soft and gentle on both my skin and hair. Overall, I had a good impression. I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Enjoy Kokusai-dori to the fullest.

    We stayed in connecting Rooms in the RAM building with a three-generation family of six. The Rooms were spacious enough and clean, and both Rooms had a bathroom and toilet. There was also a small refrigerator. The hair dryer and the shower head for the in-room bath were ReFa. The extra bed was comfortable as well (though it may feel a bit small if you are over 180 cm tall). The pool in front of the front desk was mainly used by international guests, giving it more of an overseas vibe than an Okinawa feel. We didn’t have a chance to use the poolside bar. The changing area and large public bath were clean, and the water temperature was just right. It’s also a great location as a base for enjoying Kokusai-dori and Tsuboya Yachimun Street. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was delicious. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. [Disappointing Points] (1) The sink area, changing area, and toilet are all in one space; it would be even more comfortable if at least the toilet were separated. (2) The breakfast venue on the first floor is not very large, so it’s better to check how crowded it is and choose your time accordingly. (3) Because the outlet on the built-in counter table (under the TV) is close to the wall, larger power adapters may not fit (you can use the wall outlet under the TV instead). (4) There is no dedicated parking lot, and the arranged parking is some distance from the Hotel (across the main street or along the street behind), which could be tough on rainy days.

    A Convenient Hotel on Kokusai-dori Street

    Conveniently located in the heart of Kokusai-dori. All staff were friendly, and the Room was clean. A large public bath is also available on the second floor. With well-equipped laundry facilities, it’s also ideal for long-term stays.

    There were many wonderful staff members.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The courteous, warm service from the front desk, shop, and breakfast staff made me feel at ease and allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay. At breakfast, I was recommended the chef’s green curry, and it was truly delicious. This was a pleasant Hotel that will remain a wonderful travel memory. Having a separate bath in the Room was also an important point for me.

    Exceptional hospitality

    I stayed here for my mother’s birthday trip. This was actually my second trip to Okinawa Island, and the very first Hotel I stayed at on my very first Okinawa trip was also Hotel Palm Royal Resort (about 20 years ago). They kindly upgraded our Room for free, and when I arrived soaked from heavy rain that day, a woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a towel. The hospitality was truly wonderful! Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and even chose a recommended seat for us. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one has the best hospitality by far. It felt like coming home. I’d love to stay again. Thank you so much!!

    High-quality Hotel

    Conveniently located, the Room was clean and spacious, and the large public bath was very relaxing! The Hotel staff were kind, and I had a more comfortable stay than expected. It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to use again.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel.

    We used a connecting Room. It was very comfortable. Since there is only one entrance, leaving the inner door open made it easy to go back and forth between our Rooms, and the beds are not visible right from the door, so our privacy was well protected. The hair dryer in the Room was a ReFa, and the bathroom in the Room was also a separate bath, which made it very comfortable. All of the front desk staff were pleasant as well, and if we stay in Naha again, this is a Hotel we would like to use.

    Why didn’t I stay here sooner?

    I’ve stayed in Naha many times, but this was my first time using this Hotel. The location is excellent and it’s close to Makishi Station. As a long-established Hotel, the lobby feels a bit dated, but the renovated rooms are clean. Breakfast was delicious (I especially loved the papaya shirashiri!), and the hospitality from everyone—the front desk staff, dining staff, and housekeeping—was wonderful. It was a very comfortable two-night stay. When I stay in Naha again, I’d like to book here again. The bathwater in the tub was too hot for me, so I gave that part a 4.

    It was great.

    The location was great, making it easy to go shopping and dine out. I was also satisfied with the breakfast. Above all, the Hotel staff were wonderful.

    We stayed in a conne...

    We stayed in a connecting Room with five people. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. However, when we turned on the air conditioner, there was an unusual smell, so we stopped using it. Also, the check-in service was good, but it was hard to understand what was being said. The large public bath had everything we needed, but we noticed that the hair dryers in the men’s area were not consistent. The meals offered a wide variety of Okinawan dishes, and some of the staff were friendly and made it enjoyable.

    This is my favorite accommodation. I spent the whole day enjoying the ocean view. If you prefer a place with no interference, this might become your favorite too.

    Refrigerator humming noise

    The intermittent humming noise from the refrigerator during operation may disturb your sleep. A stand for suitcases would be appreciated.

    Naha Trip

    Located on Kokusai Street, making it very convenient. There is a public bath with excellent security. Amenities are well-prepared, which is appreciated. The Room was kept clean. It would have been nice to have mineral water provided. The smoking area is by the outdoor pool, but it would be better to have a sheltered smoking area for rainy days. The staff's service was kind and excellent. Breakfast had fewer options than expected and was average.

    Convenient and wonderful

    Conveniently located on Kokusai Street, with a stylish and lovely poolside. The breakfast was small but had an Okinawan touch. However, it was disappointing that for stays of two or more nights (Multiple Night Stay), cleaning was not provided, and only towel and trash bin replacements were done. On the second night, there were no toothbrushes provided. While amenities were available to take freely in the lobby, toothbrushes were not included there either. It would be better if guests could request cleaning depending on their needs.

    Excellent location. I would stay here again when visiting Naha.

    Breakfast changes daily, which was appreciated during our Multiple Night Stay. Since the number of rooms is not excessively large, the breakfast area and bath were not too crowded. Conveniently located near Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven. YouTube was available to watch in the Room. The accommodation has been recently renovated and is very clean. The renovation seems to have included upgrading Wi-Fi for each Room, as it worked perfectly even on the 6th floor. The location is excellent but can be a bit noisy at night (not due to the Accommodation). Upon request, they provided cleaning beyond eco-cleaning services. Highly recommended for families with children; even with four people staying together, the RAM Deluxe Twin Room was spacious enough.

    Stayed with No Meals Included from a late check-in.

    Conveniently located near Kokusai Street and close to the market. The Room was clean, and a surprising highlight was the large public bath. The water felt soft and pleasant. Next time, I’d like to try it with meals included!

    The public bath was excellent.

    The location is very convenient, just steps away from Kokusai Street. It seems you can swim in the garden pool except during winter, and I would love to stay here again.

    Satisfaction

    Entered the large public bath after 11 PM, open until midnight. Not a single hair floating, no dust on the water surface. The soft hot water was very relaxing and warming. The Room was also new and flawless.

    The location is excellent.

    Conveniently located near the station. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, as well as a shopping street and market. By walking up the road in front of the Hotel, you can reach Tsuboya Yachimun Street. The front desk staff were very kind. The renovated Room was clean and comfortable. Although I didn’t use it, there was a sliding storage board under the bed for suitcases or other items. I planned to visit the large public bath but ended up relaxing in my Room’s bath instead since it had a washing area and I was tired. The TV was large (laughs), but since hangers were placed next to it with overlapping upper and lower sections, I thought it would be better if the TV were smaller to make hanging clothes easier. Still, being able to watch YouTube on it was great (laughs). After checking out, since it was raining, I took a bus from "Tembusu-mae" bus stop across the signal to visit the Prefectural Museum before spending meaningful time until my return flight home.

    I believe it would be satisfactory for business purposes.

    The location of the parking lot being far from the Hotel was inconvenient. The quick notification about forgotten items was very helpful. Wouldn't it be acceptable if it's at a minimum? The pancake machine at breakfast needs improvement as guests point out the need to check the remaining batter.

    Favorite Hotel

    The pool and pool bar on the 1st floor, the large public bath, the restaurant, all the facilities are wonderful. The room was also fully accessible, clean, and impeccable. The front desk staff and restaurant staff all provided heartfelt service, which was very pleasant. I will make this my regular stay when I come to Naha in the future.
