  Unauthorized cancellation

  Upon arrival at the Hotel, the reservation had already been canceled. They mentioned leaving a voicemail for confirmation. Since there was no reply, they canceled the booking. Nowadays, people don't answer calls from unknown numbers. Even so, I appreciated their effort in finding a nearby APA Hotel for me.
