    It was conveniently located near the station. The automated check-in was also very convenient. The Room was well cleaned and very tidy. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

    I was satisfied with the convenient location, the spacious Room, and the view.

    I was satisfied with the clean and spacious room. The amenities were also great. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and comfortable. Although it’s a bit far from the station, there are many shops nearby, which is convenient. The multi-story parking garage was easy to use thanks to clear guidance, but I wish there had been a place to temporarily set down unloaded luggage.

    A Hotel I’d Like to Stay at Again

    When making my Reservation, I called the Hotel with a question, and the female staff member at the front desk was very pleasant and kind. Thank you very much. The Room number on the paper sleeve for the key card was handwritten, and I misread it. (I mistook a 3 for a 5 and couldn’t open the door because I went to the wrong Room. A housekeeping staff member kindly told me that I had the wrong Room number.) This has never happened to me before, so I surprised myself. I’m sorry, but handwritten numbers can be hard to read depending on who writes them. It may have been my eyesight as well, but I would appreciate it if the Room number could be clearly printed. As rumored, the breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. The freshly made French toast and shabu-shabu were especially good. The French toast was popular, and even when it ran out, it was quickly refilled. It’s a convenient Hotel close to the station. There are many shops nearby, so we enjoyed our stay. When I go to Tokyo again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Because the bathroom and toilet are in one unit, ventilation didn’t seem great and I noticed black mold near the top of the door. Also, it was hard to figure out how to run hot water for both the shower and bathtub (there were instructions if you looked closely, but it still wasn’t easy), so I’m giving 4 stars.

    The front desk staff were courteous and attentive.

    On August 13, we drove from Yokohama to the Rembrandt Hotel in about 30 minutes. We parked in front of the Hotel entrance at noon and had lunch at the restaurant we had a Reservation for. When we returned, it was a bit early, but they kindly allowed us to check in. From our Room on the 11th floor, we could see a Sugi Pharmacy on the right and a cemetery on the left. There is a refrigerator, but no bottled water, so if you need it, it’s best to bring your own. Drip coffee and tea are provided. The amenities included one DHC cleansing oil and one toner. If you use lotion or other skincare items, I recommend bringing your own. The bathroom is quite compact—even at 146 cm tall, I couldn’t fully stretch my legs in the tub. Since this is an older Hotel (built around 1990), I expected that with the plumbing fixtures and had no particular complaints. When the bidet seat didn’t work and I contacted the front desk, they arranged maintenance right away. At night we could hear loud laughter from the hallway at times, but it wasn’t bothersome. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious—we were very satisfied. It was crowded, but seating behind the curtains was relatively quiet. The total cost was JPY 12,000 for one night with breakfast plus JPY 1,600 for parking (JPY 13,600 total). It was reasonably priced and we were happy with our stay. The staff members from overseas also spoke excellent Japanese and were very pleasant—overall a comfortable experience. Thank you very much.

    Even amid the bustle of Machida, we were able to relax.

    I stayed for two nights. It was a last-minute booking due to caring for my mother, but it was quiet and I was able to rest and recover. The staff were also kind. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.

    Not bad, but…

    Since it was a Sunday at the end of March, the price wasn’t cheap, but after seeing the website I had some expectations, so I was a little disappointed by how dated it felt. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be adjustable in each Room; when I called the front desk because it was cold, they brought an oil heater and an extra blanket. It felt like they were making up for it with manpower.

    The building felt a bit dated, but the front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet in particular offered a wide variety of delicious options, making this a very satisfying Hotel overall. It was my first time staying in Machida, and it was convenient for getting to Yokohama, the Tama area, and Enoshima. I would gladly stay here again if I have the chance.

    They have a great variety of ingredients, and the staff will recommend what to try. The food is delicious, and I’m very satisfied. It can get crowded, but the back Room is also open, so there are plenty of seats available.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    I found a Hotel close to Machida Station. It is a very comfortable Hotel. There are many dining options nearby. This time, I didn't use the breakfast buffet due to time constraints, but it seems quite extensive, so I plan to try it next time.

    This accommodation experience was extremely unpleasant.

    At check-in, I felt uneasy with the foreign staff at the front desk. After completing a late check-in, I called the front desk in the morning to confirm breakfast details and was told, "We can offer you a discounted rate for guests. Please come to the front desk." However, when I went there as instructed, they simply said, "Please proceed directly to the second floor." This unnecessary trip was frustrating as it could have been avoided. At the breakfast venue, I was informed that it would be charged at the regular rate. When I mentioned that this had already been confirmed with the front desk, they responded with a dismissive tone: "We'll give you a discount today but normally it's not allowed," making me feel as though I'd broken some rule. To make matters worse, they shared internal complaints about receiving frequent criticism from guests regarding such issues. This left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and ultimately led me to leave without having breakfast. While hiring foreign staff due to labor shortages is understandable, failing to ensure basic communication skills undermines service quality in hospitality. It might be better for such interactions to be fully automated instead. Additionally, despite having what appeared to be a Japanese manager nearby at reception during these incidents, their lack of support and apparent failure in staff training were disappointing. Based on this experience, I've decided never to stay at this accommodation again.

    The facility is slightly old, but it was very convenient to use.

    I arrived quite early and thought it might be impossible to check in, but when I asked just in case, they kindly allowed me to check in early as the room was already prepared. It was heartwarming to see two women with "In Training" badges earnestly handling the check-in process. It was pouring rain that day, and they immediately lent me an umbrella, which was very helpful. When I entered the room, there were construction noises as it seemed to be during a renovation period. However, there was a notice about the construction in the room, so I wasn’t caught off guard. The breakfast was impressive and had such a variety that one night’s stay didn’t feel enough for me to try everything. If I may add one suggestion—it would have been nice if there were some sliced bread available. The facility itself is old but well-maintained with proper housekeeping, so I had no complaints at all. Check-out went smoothly, and being just about 5 minutes from Machida Station made it very convenient overall. Thank you for providing such a relaxing accommodation experience!

    It was a great time.

    It takes a short walk from the station, but there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants around the Hotel, so it's very convenient. The staff was very accommodating. My Room was on the 12th floor with a great view. The breakfast buffet was truly delicious. I would love to visit again.

    Overall satisfied, but is it more of a Business Hotel than a City Hotel?

    We stayed in a corner double room for two nights. The age of the facility was as expected, but there were noticeable stains in the unit bath, such as on the ceiling, corners, sink top, and basin that couldn't be cleaned. This might be challenging for those who are sensitive to older water facilities. The reclining chair placed in front of the mirror did not lock properly and felt unstable due to its light weight, creating a risk of tipping backward when sitting down. Hopefully no accidents occur with it. Other furniture also seemed quite worn out. Perhaps upgraded rooms are different in this regard. The windows were fixed and could not be opened at all; unlike some hotels where windows can open slightly, this hotel’s windows do not open at all. The humidifying air purifier displayed an error message within minutes when set to humidify mode despite correct operation based on prior experience with similar models. It became too troublesome to report it to the front desk so we used it without humidification but found the room very dry. At check-in while waiting near reception for my companion who went back to park our car, I overheard two female staff members chatting casually behind the counter which left an unprofessional impression. Additionally, I found myself questioning why coffee available at reception was charged (200 yen). That said: - The bed was very comfortable with clean linens that felt pleasant against the skin. - The room itself was quiet. - A good-quality hairdryer was provided along with cleansing amenities which were appreciated. - While furniture appeared worn out overall; glasses and cups provided were spotless which offered some relief. - As we stayed two nights housekeeping came by once during our stay ensuring maximum cleanliness possible under circumstances. Arriving by car meant interacting directly w/ parking staff whose polite & helpful demeanor deserves acknowledgment—thankful everything went smoothly using affiliated parking lots over both days w/o incident given concerns about potential risks like vandalism around Machida area known occasionally unsafe depending location nearby surroundings per personal observation only shared here purely FYI basis alone! Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations matching positive reviews online regarding variety quality taste satisfaction levels alike! Unlike guestroom conditions restaurant ambiance featured neatness sturdy chairs/tables enhancing dining experience further positively overall impression significantly better comparatively speaking indeed! Balancing pros cons mentioned above considering extremely affordable accommodation pricing perhaps compromises understandable reasonable contextually subjective opinion solely intended informative purposes exclusively shared respectfully accordingly!

    The Hotel was cleaner than expected.

    It was my first time staying here. I was surprised to find such a hotel in Machida. Although I have stayed in Machida several times, I hadn't noticed this accommodation before. There is also a restaurant, and the price is reasonable, making it more cost-effective compared to a business hotel. The breakfast buffet had a very wide variety of dishes. The shampoo and other amenities were slightly disappointing, but everything else was satisfactory.

    Convenient, clean, and attentive.

    Located near a JR station and adjacent to a dining district. The Facility is somewhat aged but well-maintained and clean. While there are no excessive services, the level provided was sufficient. When arriving with an older car requiring warm-up operation, the parking staff kindly understood the situation and offered an appropriate parking spot for warming up in the morning, which was greatly appreciated.
