    Compact & Relaxing Breakfast

    The space is clean and compact with only the essentials, and the Room lighting is bright, making it easy to work. Breakfast is served in a spacious area without crowds, so you can relax. Having plenty of vegetables is especially appreciated on a business trip with a Multiple Night Stay. Even after 3 nights, I didn’t get tired of it at all. It’s also close to the subway station, and Akasaka is a convenient area—I’d like to stay here again.

    There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m truly disappointed this time. Although the property is non-smoking throughout, the Room had an extremely strong cigarette smell and it was very uncomfortable. Despite the wonderful service in every other respect, including the front desk staff’s assistance and greetings, this was very disappointing.

    The front desk staff were very kind.

    The Room had just been renovated and the interior was lovely. Although the bathroom and toilet space was small, there was a mini sofa in the Room, which was convenient. Above all, the woman at the front desk was kind and left a very positive impression. The area is full of construction, and even the nearest station entrance has been closed, so Akasaka has changed a lot. However, getting around Tokyo was very convenient with access to the Chiyoda Line and Ginza Line. Roppongi is also within walking distance. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    It’s fine as is.

    There are no amenities at all, such as toner or water, but considering the price in Akasaka, the Room is clean and I think it’s a good value.\nI will use it again.

    Business Hotel

    I usually stay at a City Hotel and rarely choose a Business Hotel, but this was the best for me! Perhaps it’s because this particular Business Hotel was excellent. Although the room was small, everything I needed was perfectly provided. If I were to nitpick, there are minor things, but considering it’s a Business Hotel with an affordable price, it had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much. It would be even more helpful if shower caps were included in the amenities.

    It was excellent.

    The service was excellent, the Room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well (unlike the Hotel I stayed at the next day where it didn’t work properly). It was my first business trip in a while, and I was grateful to spend my time comfortably and at ease.

    The manager

    The bathroom drain was clogged, and I removed the debris myself. However, I was warned about the toilet flooding. I didn’t think it was necessary to discuss this with the manager. I felt at fault for addressing it myself. If I had continued running water, it might have leaked from the Room.

    Recently, this has become my go-to accommodation when staying in Tokyo. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various places, and it has everything I need as a business hotel. Thank you as always.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Stayed for one night and two days. The facility was clean and very convenient as it is close to the station. I booked with breakfast included, but considering the 9:30 end time and checkout time, I decided not to use it. I will use this place again.

    Quality not worth the price.

    The location was excellent and convenient. The room was not spacious, but it was well-cleaned. However, the drainage during the shower was poor. We stayed for two nights as a couple, but there were only two paper cups, which I thought were insufficient. The bed was hard and not comfortable to sleep on. I felt that the quality did not match the price at all.

    Conveniently located just steps from Akasaka Station.

    When you exit Akasaka Station and walk while looking at TBS, you will quickly find the Hotel, making it very easy to locate. It is compact and efficient, with no unnecessary elements. Everything you need is well-prepared. The chair is comfortable to sit on, and the bed is cozy. Breakfast has a limited variety but is efficient. It was convenient and comfortable, so I would like to use it again. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite compact, but considering the location, it seems understandable.

    Perfect for watching the Harry Potter play.

    It is very close to Akasaka ACT Theater. The evening show ends at 10 PM, so you can return to the Hotel while still savoring the experience with your children. The reception and amenities are decorated with Harry Potter themes, which was delightful for fans. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, and I was glad I ordered it. There is a convenience store nearby, making it perfect for a theater stay.

    Bathtub cleaning

    Room cleaning every three days. It is unclear whether it was by chance or due to the person in charge, but the bathtub was not cleaned. It looks clean at first glance when dry, but you can tell when you get in. That was a bit disappointing, but everything else was satisfactory.

    Thank you for taking care of us.

    The elderly family members were able to stay safely, and the front desk staff were very considerate. However, I think it is somewhat rude to ask, "Can you write?" when filling out forms at the front desk, even if the guest is elderly. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay.
