    Comfortable every time.

    This time I couldn’t reserve a corner Room, but the twin Room was still very comfortable. The Room is always kept clean, but this time there was leftover ice cream from the previous guest in the freezer. That was disappointing. However, I believe this was just an accident, and every time I stay here it is always clean and comfortable. It’s also very close to Hakata Station, so the location is extremely convenient. I will stay here again.

    Always comfortable no matter how many times you stay.

    If you're staying in Hakata, this is the place to choose. Every stay here is always comfortable. The room is always clean upon each visit. Conveniently located near the station, with shopping and dining options available inside Hakata Station. There are also several convenience stores nearby, making it even more convenient. Even if you can't park at the hotel's parking lot, there is a multi-story parking facility right next door for added convenience. I will definitely stay here again!

    This time was great!

    The rooms are always clean, making each stay comfortable. Conveniently located near Hakata Station. I will use this service again. The staff's service was excellent this time as well.

    The Room is comfortable.

    I have stayed here several times, and the Room is always comfortable. However, this time there was an issue with the air conditioning remote control—it would enter Clear mode every time I tried to use it, making it inconvenient. (I forgot to inform the staff about this.) This time, the staff's service was noticeably divided; some were extremely attentive while others were not as much. Even though there are always very polite staff members who leave a great impression, having less attentive ones can negatively affect that perception. Nonetheless, I will stay here again.

    It was great.

    It was my first time in Hakata, but I felt at ease as the location was easy to find and close to the station. It's also near the bus center, making it ideal for those short on time or prone to getting lost. The Room is a bit small, but both the exterior and interior were clean, providing a relaxing stay after traveling. I was surprised by how high Hotel prices are in Hakata, but with these conditions, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    One staff member was unfriendly.

    For the second stay, check-in was two hours later than planned due to a delayed arrival. One staff member's attitude was terrible and unfriendly. However, other staff members were kind and welcoming with smiles despite the late hour. The room was smaller than last time but clean and comfortable for sleeping.

    It was very family-friendly.

    Convenient access from the station, with a bus terminal nearby, making it easy for sightseeing. The Room was a Japanese-style family type and a corner room, allowing for a stress-free stay. I would like to use it again when visiting Hakata.

    Beautiful

    The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Upon entering, the overall impression of the room was that it was very clean and neat. I didn't have breakfast included, so I'm not sure about it, but next time I would like to stay with breakfast included. I had to check out quite early the next day, but when I went down to the lobby in the early morning! I couldn't figure out how to check out early in the morning, and no staff came out, which wasted quite a bit of time. This one point was disappointing.

    Please be careful if you are making online payments.

    I had completed the payment online in the morning. I had reserved 2 rooms, so I contacted the other person to stay in their own room. When I tried to do the automatic check-in, I was charged for the room again. When I said the payment was already completed, they took an incredibly long time to investigate and said they couldn't check the morning's payment. The person who checked in earlier was also made to pay for the room. I had other matters to attend to afterward, but the procedures couldn't be completed easily, and I was made to wait for a considerable amount of time. I wonder if it would have remained unresolved if I hadn't said anything. The front desk staff only said "sorry." I have stayed at various hotels, but I have never experienced such a response. Please be careful if you plan to stay here.

    Sufficient facilities and comfort

    Close to the rotary at the Chikushi Exit of Fukuoka Station, with no complaints about the facilities or amenities. The bed is on the softer side. The price increase is unavoidable.

    Safe and reliable

    The front desk service was neither good nor bad. I enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious. Also, the service from the staff here was polite. The Hotel's Facility was good.
