  I was woken up by a ...

  I was woken up by a loud knock and shouting at the room door past 3 a.m. I thought it might be a drunk foreigner mistaking the room, so I ignored it as I didn't want to get involved, but is there no security management at the Hotel?

  Use for visiting the Budokan.

  I used this Hotel because it was cheap and close for attending a live concert at the Budokan. It's good that you can go to the Budokan either by train or on foot. There are many restaurants around, so it's convenient. Regarding the Hotel, there were no problems with the Facility, and I had a comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that the price seems to have increased compared to the past, possibly due to inbound demand.
