    For the price, it was disappointing.

    It was excellent value for the price. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the station.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    I chose this Hotel because smoking is allowed, and I was able to leave my luggage before check-in upon arrival, so I didn’t have to look for a coin locker. I don’t usually eat breakfast, but it was so delicious that I’m glad I booked the plan with breakfast included. Thank you very much.

    Signs of age and wear are noticeable.

    This is quite an old Hotel. While the Tokyu Hotel has long since relocated and been rebuilt, the visible cracks in the walls here are a bit concerning. This time the price was not too high, but it is usually set rather aggressively. In the Room, there are several spots where parts of the wallpaper look like they may peel off, and the bathroom and toilet are extremely compact. Breakfast is advertised as featuring steak, but you only get three thin slices. Most disappointing of all was that the front desk did not recognize my membership.

    A Traditional Hotel

    A human staff member checks you in, and there’s no key-card holder slot in the Room—services that feel rare (and nostalgic) these days. The Facility is old, but everything is well cleaned and there’s nothing unpleasant. It’s convenient for getting anywhere for sightseeing or business, and of course there are convenience stores nearby. Despite that, the street is quiet at night and in the morning. However, perhaps the walls are thin—I could clearly hear two women chatting in the next Room (even though they didn’t seem to be speaking loudly).

    As this is the only Accommodation I can find that allows smoking, I always stay here. Thank you for providing a Room that was a little larger than usual this time. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Osaka, and I appreciate your continued support.

    A nice, relaxing Hotel

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The interior colors and furniture created a calm, relaxing atmosphere, which I really liked. The pajamas were made of waffle-textured towel fabric and felt very comfortable. The staff were also warm and provided natural, welcoming service. In many single rooms I’ve stayed in before, I haven’t been able to sleep well, but here I felt at ease and slept soundly. At the entrance, there is a service where you can freely choose tea bags such as black tea. They also offer non-caffeinated options like chamomile tea, which I enjoyed before bed. Tokyu Hotels have a great atmosphere, and I would like to stay again.

    Convenient location and delicious meals.

    The staff's service is always polite, making every visit pleasant and enjoyable. I love this accommodation. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel, part of the Tokyu Group, offers delicious meals. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared to suit international guests, with meticulous attention to detail. The head chef kindly encouraged us to enjoy the food and relax, which made our stay even more delightful. I look forward to meeting the head chef and all the staff again during my next stay. Thank you for your hospitality; I will visit again soon!

    Very kind.

    All the staff were very kind. The cleaning staff greeted us warmly, and everyone had a smile during breakfast. The freshly cooked steak at breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    The hospitality was excellent.

    Breakfast included special New Year's dishes, which made me happy. The facility felt a bit old. Everywhere is very busy, so it's often hard to receive good service, but for a hotel of this size, the hospitality was good. All the staff were very pleasant. Especially, the breakfast venue staff welcomed us with smiles from the morning, which was nice. Thank you for your hospitality. The location is close to the downtown area, and perhaps because of the New Year's period, it was a bit cluttered, but if you go through the underground mall, it's about 10 minutes from Osaka Station, making it a convenient location. I would like to consider it as a candidate for my next stay.

    I was able to rest well.

    The room was clean and quiet, the staff provided excellent service, and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I enjoyed the Osaka specialties like takoyaki. It's not the Hotel's fault, but for beginners in the Osaka underground, it's challenging to reach the landmark, Izumi no Hiroba!
