    First time staying here

    As this was my first stay, I’m not yet sure how to judge it, but I’d like to try other Room types as well.

    Disappointing

    On the first day, the Room was not cleaned despite placing the cleaning sign. When I asked the staff to replace towels and other items, I was told that bath mats and toothbrushes were charged (but they were free at checkout). I had high expectations for APA due to its good reputation, so I was disappointed.

    Close to the station

    Very convenient, located near the station. From check-in to check-out, the process is automated, but support is available. The amenities are disappointing. There are no cleansing or skincare products for women, so you need to bring your own. Many places have them available at the front desk, but this was not the case here.
