    This is not a Review but a note: the toilet washlet was broken and needs repair. All staff were kind and responded pleasantly.

    If it’s the bare minimum, that’s fine.

    I stayed in Aizuwakamatsu for business. I think the Facility is well equipped for getting some rest.

    Washington Hotel, it's been a while.

    Though the hotel shows its age, as expected of a Hotel bearing the Washington name, it felt mostly well-maintained and clean. (There was a stain on the lampshade in the guest room—perhaps it’s permanent?) The lobby decorations reflected the charm of Aizu, which was delightful. I had to check out early in the morning without having breakfast due to time constraints, but I would love to stay longer if given another opportunity.

    Delicious breakfast!

    It is a standard Business Hotel, but the breakfast at Gaslight on the 10th floor is delicious. Although it is a buffet style with a limited number of dishes, the meals are carefully prepared. I would love to visit again.

    Stay at the Hotel for cherry blossom viewing in Fukushima Prefecture.

    I stayed at your hotel to visit cherry blossoms in Fukushima Prefecture. In early April, some blossoms had bloomed at Kaiseizan Park in Koriyama, but the buds in the Aizu area were still closed. In some parts of Aizu, snow remained, and it was still cold. Your hotel is conveniently located just a 2-3 minute walk from Aizuwakamatsu Station. However, my room was on the 4th floor, which is the lowest floor for guest rooms in the hotel. Being on the lowest floor made it difficult to enjoy distant views, which was a bit disappointing. The next morning, breakfast was served at a restaurant on the top floor (10th floor) of the hotel. I enjoyed my breakfast while admiring the view from a window seat. The weather was clear that day, and I could see Aizuwakamatsu Castle and the mountains of Aizu beautifully. After breakfast, I left your hotel and continued my journey. Thank you very much!

    The breakfast offers a wide variety and is very satisfying!

    Close to the station, the Room seemed to have been renovated but was a bit small, yet it was not particularly inconvenient and was good. I opted for breakfast included, and the location had a nice view with a variety of rich meal options, allowing for a leisurely and delicious dining experience. It was nice that local ingredients were used, giving a homemade feel.

    Facilities from a while ago.

    I have no complaints about the staff's response, but the Hotel gave an impression of being old and cheaply built. I could hear voices from the hallway at night, and I realized that many people use the vending machines (meaning the sound was very audible). There was even a strange phenomenon where the light by my pillow would make a ringing sound when the person in the next Room closed the door of their unit bath, making it far from a restful night. If I have another chance to stay in Aizuwakamatsu, I might consider going elsewhere.

    The service and meal...

    The service and meals are well-managed. Since the establishment has been in operation for a long time, I believe the score would improve if the plumbing and indoor environment (including the TV) were renovated.

    Room cleaning and breakfast

    I had a Multiple Night Stay, and when I returned from sightseeing, the room was very clean. It felt great. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM, but when I went a little after it started, it was already full, and I had to wait. However, the staff was efficient, so it didn't feel too unpleasant. I thought it would be nice if the breakfast area were a bit larger. Overall, it was a very good Hotel, and I would like to use it again.
