    Used due to an unexpected matter.

    A new Hotel just steps from Shimizu Station. Many guests stay here for business trips and training. The welcome drink bar offers soft drinks and alcohol, so you can relax in your Room. There are several types of toothbrush amenities, and the drip coffee is a nice touch. It was a shame that the morning juice and cold tea were moved to the buffet area. The breakfast buffet has a smaller selection, but I was very satisfied with the morning curry with plenty of root vegetables, athlete-style pork miso soup, salad, salmon, whitebait, and yogurt. The Room was a spacious double. I slept very well.

    The front desk staff were kind and helpful. However, it seems the Hotel is being operated with cost-cutting and labor-saving measures, such as reducing construction and staffing costs. - There is no phone in the Room. Since we have mobile phones, this was not a practical inconvenience. - I could hear noises from other rooms, such as doors opening and closing, which bothered me at night. - After ringing the buzzer, a cleaner suddenly entered the Room, which startled me. They said it was a mistake. I would like you to reconsider the cleaning hours. - For two days, a fan placed in the hallway was left running continuously. The humidifier available for loan did not work due to a malfunction. I posted this in hopes that what can be addressed will be reviewed and improved so that you can aim to become an even better Hotel.

    A great-value, excellent Hotel.

    We stayed on 2026/8/27 in a non-smoking spacious Hollywood twin. The Room is on the small side, but “spacious” is not an exaggeration—there were truly two 120 cm-wide beds placed side by side, and the two of us could sleep comfortably and relax. In the bath, you can choose Onsen bath salts available in the lobby to add to your bath. Also, until 10:00 PM, you can enjoy alcohol (sake, wine, etc. (excluding beer)) and coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The morning curry at breakfast was also delicious. It’s close to Shimizu Station as well—a compact Hotel with very few drawbacks.

    We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.

    I stayed for about two days for work, but I do not recommend this Accommodation. The Room is clean, but overall it is dark—especially the bathroom. There is no ventilation, so after using the bath, humidity and heat remain trapped for a long time. In terms of security, I have serious concerns. There are no security measures in the elevator or on the floors. During my stay, after the Room was cleaned, my personal slippers were thrown away. Not only used ones but also brand-new slippers were all gone, so please explain what criteria were used to decide they should be disposed of. Also, work-related notes that I had left in the Room were missing after cleaning. These were not left as trash; they were necessary notes. What criteria do you use when disposing of guests’ documents and notes during Room cleaning?

    Conveniently located near the JR station. An Accommodation with highly recommended breakfast, especially the morning curry and pork miso soup. The Room is new and clean. If you wake up early and have time, a walk to the port is refreshing.

    The price is also very satisfying.

    The staff were kind and attentive, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and nice. The bathtub was spacious enough to stretch out my legs and relax. I also tried the much-talked-about breakfast curry, and it was delicious. Above all, the low accommodation cost really helped. When I stay in Shimizu again, I would like to use this place again.

    Excellent

    The Room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were high quality, and the shampoo in particular left my hair smooth and silky. The food was delicious, especially the athlete pork miso soup. I stay at Business Hotels several times a year, and this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    The calm atmosphere made it very comfortable to stay. Thank you for your polite response when I inquired about the parking lot over the phone. I felt confident that I could stay here without worry and decided immediately. The welcome drink was delicious, and the athlete's miso soup for breakfast was also very tasty. I would love to use this accommodation again.

Choosing amenities and pillows made the experience even more exciting. 1. Room cleaning was impeccable, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in such a pleasant room. 1. Breakfast, including pork miso soup, curry, minestrone, and plenty of fresh vegetables, had a gentle flavor that energized us for the day ahead—thank you for the delicious meal! 1. A male staff member skillfully crafted a box by hand when there were no cardboard boxes available; his efficient service left an excellent impression. We are grateful to all the staff members—thank you so much. This is such a calm and charming Hotel with warm hospitality. (One last note: Is this common in all Rooms? The step from the bathroom to the Room felt unexpectedly deep—it might be helpful to add some cautionary signage like yellow tape or mention it at check-in for better safety.)

    The Room was clean, and the welcome drink in the lobby was great.

    I used this for a trip to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine and Shimizu Port Market. Since there were few reservations, I was able to use the parking lot without a reservation, which was very convenient. The drink bar in the lobby had a wide variety of options, which was great. The room was kept clean, and the bathroom was very user-friendly. I would like to use it again for another trip.

    The room was clean, but the wallpaper was peeling slightly at the seams, which was a minor drawback. It would have been nice to have more variety in the breakfast buffet dishes, though the rice was delicious and having 100% orange juice was a plus. The washing machine and dryer were separate units; a drum-type washer-dryer combo would have been more convenient. There were no noise issues, and I had a comfortable sleep.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The double room was said to be 18 square meters, but the layout was well-designed, making it feel spacious. There is a mirror in front of the spacious desk, making it convenient for getting ready in the morning. There is also a large round table, making it easy to dine in the room. Amenities can be picked up at the lobby, offering a comprehensive lineup. Charging cables can be rented at the front desk. From 3 PM to 10 PM, there is a drink service in the lobby where wine, shochu, whiskey, and soft drinks are available for self-service.

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

    It is undeniable that the overall condition is old, but there was nothing particularly concerning. I didn't know that a reservation was required for the parking lot, so moving the car was a bit troublesome, but I was recommended nearby options.
