    The location is great, just a short walk from the station. I’m sorry, but I felt there weren’t any other positives besides the location. Perhaps because there is a spice curry restaurant on the 3rd floor, the moment you enter the Hotel, a strong spice smell fills the air. Also, possibly because the Hotel is old, an aged odor mixes with the spice smell, which may be difficult for guests who are sensitive to smells. I thought it might be better once I entered my Room, but while there was no spice smell, I still couldn’t relax during my stay due to an old odor and a dusty feeling. For a Multiple Night Stay, Rooms are not cleaned unless requested. Even if you request it, there is no sheet change—only light cleaning. I believe sheets are only changed after 4 nights or more. Many Hotels operate this way these days, but unless it’s a pleasant Hotel to begin with, I don’t feel there’s much benefit to a Multiple Night Stay. It may be unavoidable because of its age, but since I didn’t feel the level of cleanliness that matters most to me, unfortunately I don’t think I will use it again in the future.

    The futon is large.

    There is space to store luggage under the bed, and the bed is spacious. It was very comfortable. The TV is also large, but I ended up falling asleep while waiting for my favorite nighttime anime to start.

    I was upgraded and enjoyed a spacious room in the accommodation I stayed at before. Thank you very much. It's close to the station, and next time, I'd like to try the curry lunch!

    2-minute walk from Itabashi Station. It was very convenient. The breakfast naan and curry were also delicious.

    I thought it was a bit small, but the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable, possibly due to renovations. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Tokyo.
