    Close to the station for easy access.

    A Room became available from the waitlist, and we were able to book a corner Room.\nIt was spacious, which was great.\nThe view was not so good, but the location in front of Hakata Station was truly convenient. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

    I wasn’t sure until the very last minute whether I could make it due to health concerns, but I’m so glad I was able to come. Thank you very much for all your help and kindness, everyone on the staff. For me, everything about this Hotel is perfect. I truly look forward to visiting again. Until then, I hope to improve my health so I can come without any worries. Thank you again.

    A Trip to Hakata for a Couple Around Their 60s

    The convenient location near the station was excellent. The staff were very friendly and provided great service, which made my stay satisfying. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. If I visit Hakata again, I would definitely love to stay here!

    Excellent Hospitality

    The room and location were, of course, as expected and excellent, but the staff were all kind and wonderful. During our Multiple Night Stay, we couldn't book the same Room and had to switch to another one. However, they kept a family member's forgotten item safe and contacted us during our stay, which was truly helpful. At check-in, check-out, or when storing luggage, everyone noticed immediately and kindly assisted us. I think I will choose this place again when staying in Hakata.

    The Morning Power of the Hotel

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. While the price seemed slightly high considering the location and price range, the exceptional breakfast buffet more than made up for it and completely won me over. What impressed me most was its remarkable quality. Local ingredients and flavors were thoughtfully incorporated throughout, with careful attention to menu composition and presentation. It pleasantly defied my expectations of a typical "business hotel breakfast," reflecting the creativity and dedication of those involved in its planning. Memorable menu items: - Marutoro Tofu: Exquisite melt-in-your-mouth texture with lingering umami - Medicinal Curry: Gentle flavor perfect for starting your morning - Motsunabe & Tonkotsu Ramen: A true taste of local charm in every bowl - Takeout Coffee: Enjoy a relaxing moment in your room, even a second cup It was a luxurious experience that warmed both body and soul from the morning.     Close to the station!

    The location near Hakata Station was very convenient and excellent. With everything available at Hakata Station and easy access to the subway airport line, it was also quick to reach Tenjin or Ohori Park. The room was very clean, and despite being close to the station, it was quiet at night, which was great. The bath salts had a wonderful fragrance that helped me relax. I would like to make a reservation at this hotel again when I visit Hakata next time. Thank you very much!

    Very comfortable!

    I visited with my mother, who is over 90 years old, for my father's burial. This might be her last trip during her lifetime. The Room was spacious, allowing her to walk with a cane without bumping into the bed or luggage spread out in the room. Although we had informed them in advance, they kindly placed a chair in the bathroom of our Room. The bathroom was not a unit bath but spacious enough to assist her comfortably when needed. The location is very convenient as it’s close to the station, making it easy for us to buy souvenirs nearby or go out for dinner without any trouble. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Just a short walk across the crosswalk from Hakata Station. The interior is simple yet clean, providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast included delights like motsunabe, Hakata ramen, and delicious French toast! Thank you very much!

    I would like to file a complaint about the staff who handled my check-in.

    The reviews were positive, so I had always wanted to stay here. The building feels a bit old, but it was clean and very convenient as it is located very close to the station. However, I was disappointed that there was no explanation at check-in about the complimentary bath salts and caffeine-free tea provided as a service. I only realized this after checking in. The bathtub in the room was deep, so I took a bath and thought it would be nice if there were bath salts available—only to find out later that they actually were provided, which was quite shocking. Additionally, unlike other hotels where multiple types of tea are often available, only green tea was offered here. As a result, I ended up buying tea like black tea from the nearby Starbucks several times and bringing it back to my room. When I later saw these items placed at the front desk, it left me feeling unpleasant. If it's easy to forget informing guests about such amenities during check-in, why not place them directly on an amenity shelf from the start? There are also few amenity options overall; for cosmetics-related items, only cleansing products were available despite having plenty of space with many duplicates of the same item stocked up unnecessarily.

    Very satisfied.

    It is a Business Hotel, conveniently located near the station as it is on the JR line. The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the replenishment during a Multiple Night Stay was excellent. Breakfast featured many ingredients from Kyushu, offering a delicious menu that didn’t get boring even during a Multiple Night Stay. I would love to revisit this Hotel if I have the chance.

    Close to the station, clean, and great value for money.

    It is very convenient as it is close to the station. The place seems to have been renovated, as it was very clean and tidy, and I was satisfied with the large bath. The bath towels were also large, which was nice. Additionally, I could take shower caps and cleansing products from the lobby for use; however, it would be appreciated if lotion and emulsion were also available.

    I always use your service.

    It is conveniently located near Hakata Station, and the room condition was excellent. The staff provided great service, making my stay comfortable. However, the elevators were a bit crowded in the morning/check-out time, which was slightly disappointing, but not a major issue. I would like to use it again next time.

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station.

    This time, I booked a twin room for attending a live event. I arrived about 20 minutes early, but since the room was ready, I was allowed to check in early. It was very much appreciated as it was rainy. Having extra time allowed me to proceed with the rest of my schedule with ease. It is very close to Hakata Station and also near a subway station, making it extremely convenient. The twin room felt much more spacious than a typical business hotel. It was clean, and the unit bath was conveniently arranged. The only downside might be that the elevator takes a while to arrive... Perhaps due to many guests from overseas, the front desk staff seemed busy attending to them. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again next time. I am considering trying it with breakfast included next time.

    We thoroughly enjoyed it.

    I made a Reservation because I wanted to visit Nagasaki Stadium City. I couldn't get a ticket for the J-League on the day of my stay, but I was suggested to use a restaurant where I could enjoy the atmosphere of the match, and I felt very warm hospitality. The room with a view of the stadium was also wonderful. Thank you very much.

    Disappointing

    Unfortunately, it was the worst among the JR Blossom Kyushu hotels I have used so far! Considering the price, the breakfast was as cheap as a Business Hotel, which was very disappointing. It seems that the service has become more oriented towards foreigners than Japanese, which is regrettable. There were several staff at the front desk, but they seemed to lack energy and did not seem to pay attention to the customers.

    No hospitality

    Stayed for 2 nights during a business trip to Hakata. The reviews weren't bad, so I decided to stay, but compared to other Hotels in Hakata, I didn't feel any hospitality at all. The staff were not friendly. The Room was dark, and the only view from the window was the building next door. The Hotel elevator smelled like toilet deodorizer. I previously stayed at another Hotel, and it was definitely better. It felt like very poor value for money.
