    It was great.

    I’m very pleased that this Business Hotel offers such a great selection of amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

    The elderly receptionist was a bit intimidating with their formal attitude. It would be great to have a wider variety of breakfast options.

    I usually can't sleep anywhere, but I slept very well at this Hotel.

    The bed was so comfortable that I could sleep well. It wasn't too soft or too hard, just the right balance. I was tired, but I slept very soundly. If I have the chance to stay again, I would choose Sotetsu. That's how well I slept—thank you so much. The meals were delicious. If there were a few more options, it would have been perfect. The almond tofu was especially tasty. There’s a convenience store next door where you can easily grab some snacks—very convenient! The station is not too far away, and there are plenty of dining options near the station. A major station is also just 2-3 stops away by train. It was an excellent accommodation—thank you for your hospitality!

    For petite individuals

    I stayed here the night before taking an early morning Shinkansen from Shinagawa Station. It seemed like most of the guests were foreigners, and I couldn't help but wonder if they were okay with how small the facilities were. (The room was so compact that it was hard to pass by my husband, opening the window revealed an office building right next door which made me close the curtains immediately, turning over in bed caused me to hit the wall and wake up, and the bathtub was so small I had to sit with my knees up.) That said! The entire room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom, sink area, and around the bed were spotless—no complaints there. I could see their effort in trying to make up for the limitations of their facilities, which is why I wanted to leave this review. However... I wouldn’t stay here again as I couldn’t get a good rest—I only managed about 2 hours of sleep in total.

    Stay in Tamachi

    The front desk staff gave us a warm welcome; however, the second staff member who explained things had an intimidating demeanor, which felt a bit uncomfortable. At the breakfast venue in the morning, it seemed that some older gentlemen were lingering at their seats for too long, causing difficulties for the staff and making it hard to find a place to sit. The food was absolutely delicious.

    Good location at a low price. The Room was small, but everything necessary was provided, so there were no inconveniences.

    Well-equipped amenities

    Stayed for one night. There was no noise from the next room at all. There were also bath additives and packs, and the amenities were well-equipped, making it friendly for women. There was also an air purifier in the Room.

    Calm atmosphere

    I was able to spend my time quietly. The view was disappointing as it was a Room on the second floor. The building itself seemed old, as the elevator didn't have an arrival chime and felt somewhat small, but I felt relaxed. The meals were a breakfast buffet, Chinese cuisine. I stayed for two nights, and I felt it was good that there was a change in the menu between the first and second nights.
