    Thank you for your kind and attentive service.

    Although I made a last-minute same-day Reservation, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I’m truly grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future. I was so happy that I couldn’t help but leave this review.

    The Room’s bathroom is...

    I was too tired to go to the Onsen, so I used the bath in my Room. However, when I drained the tub, hot water overflowed from the drain outside the bathtub, and debris flowed toward the toilet area. I didn’t have the courage to open the drain cover, but it seems it hadn’t been cleaned... The Room was clean and the staff service was good, so my rating is slightly lower.

    It’s close to the st...

    It’s close to the station, and the covered shopping arcade means you can get there without worrying about the weather. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. For convenience stores, there’s a Poplar (?) right next door or a 7-Eleven at the station. The Hotel itself seems quite old, but it has been renovated and was very clean. I was very satisfied.

    It might be unavoidable.

    The property is old, with gurgling sounds from the sink, and noises from neighboring or upper rooms can be heard even while sleeping. The slippers seemed reused, which felt a bit unpleasant. It is unlikely I would choose to stay here again.

    Cozy

    I don't often have business trips to Iwakuni, but whenever I do, I always stay here. I appreciate the raised flooring with a mattress, allowing me to relax without worrying about dirty feet. However, the power outlets are located far from the mattress, so my 1-meter extension cable feels insufficient during my stays. There are outlets near the bedside as well, but they are positioned relatively high, making it difficult to use a smartphone while lying down and charging it at the same time.

    Business Hotel

    A uniquely designed Room. The bed area is elevated, with a mattress placed to create the bed. Therefore, there is no desk, making it difficult to work on a PC—especially challenging for those with back pain like myself. It is not barrier-free, and the Room's unit bathroom also has steps. The air conditioning works well but blows directly onto you. While the bedding quality is good, it may not feel just right; I used the provided loungewear as a towel blanket instead. Overall, while the quality isn't low, it felt somewhat challenging. The staff were extremely professional and attentive.

    I was able to relax.

    The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. It would be great if the air conditioning airflow could be adjusted better. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Stayed twice

    The room was clean, and the Onsen with jet streams was very relaxing. I slept deeply after choosing my preferred pillow. However, it was disappointing that there were no bottled water provided and the breakfast had limited salad options.

    I stayed at the property to attend a concert. It was conveniently located near the station and within walking distance to the concert venue. Thank you very much.

    Artificial Onsen, it feels nice.

    The bath was an artificial Onsen with a sauna and cold bath, which relieved my fatigue. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options, and although it was a buffet style, I was pleased that broth for ochazuke was provided.
