  Breakfast

  I booked at the last minute and didn’t have much time to check the details in advance, but I was grateful that breakfast was included. The meal was delicious and well balanced. The restaurant staff greeted us cheerfully in the morning, which really lifted my spirits as well. It might be helpful for some guests if you could let them know at check-in that the convenience store across the street closes at night.

  I can’t sleep.

  I was on the same floor as a group. That night, until around 10:00 PM, I couldn’t sleep because of the sound of the emergency exit door closing, voices talking in the hallway, and banging against the Room walls. I have no complaints about the group itself, but being placed on the same floor and in a Room next to the emergency exit they used as an entrance/exit reduced my satisfaction.

  Always great value for money.

  I stay here for business trips, and it’s always a great-value Business Hotel with breakfast included and a high level of satisfaction.

  Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store right in front.

  While some guests were using a table for two by themselves at breakfast, we were seated at the counter even though we went as a pair, which was disappointing. It was raining, so being able to borrow an umbrella was very helpful. The air conditioner only had heating, and it was uncomfortably hot.

  Great value for money and very satisfying

  This was my first stay for a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the excellent value for money. The complimentary curry rice service in the evening was also a real treat. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was, especially considering the price.

  Good Hotel

  The operator's attitude during the Check Reservation call was excellent, even over the phone. The front desk staff at check-in was also very pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the staff replenished items promptly, making it an enjoyable meal. However, it was disappointing that the toilet drainage in the guest room was not smooth and that vacuuming of the carpet in the room seemed insufficient, with some debris scattered around. Having a convenience store right in front of the Hotel makes its location extremely convenient.
