    Comfortable to stay in

    The Room was clean and spacious, and the bedding—including the pillows—was thoughtfully maintained to prevent odors, making for a very comfortable stay. I stayed here due to moving and was completely exhausted, but I was able to rest well. The bathroom was also spacious, which was great. I’ve stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa Inn locations as well and think they offer excellent value for money.

    It was great.

    QR code check-in was smooth. Breakfast was delicious. The station, restaurants, and convenience stores are all nearby. The bed was very comfortable. I could also watch YouTube. I’d like to stay again.

    Staying with us for the first time in about 10 years

    I used to come to this area often, so I stayed here frequently. It has been about 10 years, but it doesn’t feel outdated, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast selection isn’t large, but for this price it’s more than sufficient. I forgot something here, so I plan to return within three months.

    It was excellent—I highly recommend it.

    This was my first stay here. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, we were looking for a place with a separate toilet and bath, so we chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, with a long sofa as well as chairs and a table. The bath was also roomy, so we could relax and soak comfortably. It was quiet, and we had a very restful stay. Amenities were available on the first floor, including bath salts. A small detail I appreciated was the basket of towels next to the sink—it was convenient to place our clothes there when bathing. There were no steps inside the room, which made it especially comfortable for my elderly mother. The staff were also kind. It’s about 40 minutes by train to Tokyo Station. Hotels around Tokyo Station are expensive, so staying here and commuting into Tokyo felt like great value. For reference, we stayed in a Deluxe Twin room and paid about 11,000 yen for two people using a coupon. I would definitely stay here again if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s very close to Kashiwa Station and easy to find. The route is well-lit even at night, so it was easy to walk there even when it got late. There are many restaurants nearby, so you have plenty of choices for dinner at night and fast food in the morning. Despite being in a busy area, the Room was quiet. I wasn’t bothered by noise from neighboring Rooms either. At checkout, I mistakenly called for assistance even though it should have been completed automatically—sorry about that. Thank you for explaining everything so kindly; it really helped. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed at the accommodation for an exam. I chose this place because it was close to the station, the bed looked comfortable, and it didn’t have a unit bath. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perhaps because it was new—and I slept well on the bed. When I informed them in advance that I would be studying in the room, they kindly provided a desk lamp. Since my exam started early in the morning, I bought breakfast from a nearby convenience store and ate it in my room. The hotel also had a microwave available, which was very convenient. It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t try the breakfast buffet. On exam day, it was sunny and I could see Mt. Fuji from my room—it felt like good luck! In fact, I passed my desired school’s entrance exam! Thank you for everything!

    Beautiful Business Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, the building and facilities are new and well-maintained. The rooms are typical of a Japanese Business Hotel, offering reasonable value for the price. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a modest selection, including curry, which is satisfying. The breakfast facility is compact with self-service dish return. When attempting to park at the nearby tower parking affiliated with the hotel, parking was denied due to fender mirrors and fog lamps. However, there is a non-affiliated indoor self-parking garage about a 5-minute walk away that feels more secure than open-air coin parking options.
