    This is the best Hot...

    This is the best Hotel to stay at when drinking in Susukino, especially if there's a vacancy. As a smoker, I find it very convenient. Among the smoking-allowed Rooms I know, this is the cleanest Room by far.

    The Hotel is in a great location.

    The location is very close to the subway exit, but it can be a bit farther if you use the elevator from underground. In summer, there’s no issue, but in winter, snow on the roads made it quite challenging to pull a suitcase. The Hotel is convenient with a convenience store inside and features separate bath and toilet facilities, which is great. However, I found it difficult to adjust the air conditioning settings.

    Ideal Hotel for Business Use

    This is my several-time use during a business trip. Since I always have dinner meetings with clients, I search for hotels around Susukino or Odori due to convenience, but Daiwa Roynet stands out as the most comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, well-equipped facilities, and clean water areas. Although there are cases where I cannot make a reservation due to sudden trips, I would like to continue using it as long as it's not fully booked.

    I love Daiwa Roynet!

    A rare find these days: a smoking room with separate bath and toilet, and it's spacious! There's even a convenience store on the first floor—perfect! Had a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next year! Thank you so much.

    It was my first time using this service.

    I stayed here during a business trip. The weather was nice, so I also used Exit 3 of Susukino Station, but the travel time from the ticket gate of Hosui-Susukino Station didn’t feel much different. The front desk staff provided pleasant service during check-in and when I had inquiries during my stay. It was convenient that this hotel offers package pickup twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, allowing me to send my luggage after returning from an outing in the afternoon.

    I was very satisfied.

    Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable in a buffet style at a famous Italian restaurant. The Room was spacious and sufficient for a single stay. I look forward to staying again next year.

    Access to Susukino

    Stayed for 2 days in a convenient location near Susukino. The room was spacious enough to open a suitcase comfortably and was very comfortable. The reclining chair was a great addition for relaxing. There was also a bathtub, and adding the Onsen powder provided at the lobby made it perfect for unwinding. It is close to the limousine bus drop-off and pick-up points for the airport, which is especially convenient during winter when roads can be challenging.

    The bathroom with a washing area was excellent.

    Stayed in a Triple Room with the "Leave it to Us" Plan. The 25 sqm room was spacious, and the bathroom with a washing area was great. As it was a "Leave it to Us" Plan, there was no work desk in the triple room, which made it inconvenient for using a laptop. Complimentary water, bath additives, and drip coffee were provided, and the amenities were excellent. The bed felt slightly firm for me.

    Very satisfied.

    I stayed at the accommodation during my business trip. It was a standard twin room, and I found the location, room condition, and convenience to be excellent. The bedroom was not very spacious but clean and comfortable. The bathroom and sink area were relatively large, which I personally appreciated a lot. In many business hotels, there is often little space to place items around the sink area, but that was not an issue here, allowing me to stay stress-free. Having a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel and an affiliated Italian restaurant for breakfast was very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. I will definitely use this accommodation again when visiting Sapporo.

    Recommended

    The Hotel was conveniently located for visiting Sapporo Dome. It is just a 1-minute walk from Susukino Station, and you can reach the Dome without any transfers. The bathroom had a washing area, the breakfast was great, and I had a comfortable stay. There was also a convenience store on the first floor, but the variety of drinks in the vending machines on each floor could be improved.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I arrived at the Hotel at 2 a.m. and only rested, but the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Even though I stayed in Susukino, I didn't drink any alcohol.
