    A compact Hotel with thoughtful services

    A compact Hotel in a great location near the station. The Room is on the small side, but it’s more than enough for a solo trip with no inconvenience. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the welcome services—drinks, bite-sized sweets, and evening ochazuke—were a nice touch. There’s also a wide selection of items available to borrow; I borrowed a ReFa hair dryer. At the entrance, there are several types of shampoo at the shampoo bar, and it was great that you can put your favorite into a small plastic cup to take with you. The breakfast was delicious too, though I found it slightly salty. I’d like to stay again.

    Great value for money

    The location is convenient, and you can enjoy unlimited coffee and soft drinks until 11:00 PM. There was also a complimentary ochazuke service in the evening. The Room is small and the breakfast is somewhat modest, but everything feels clean, and considering the price, it offers good value.

    Enjoy Fukuoka without dining out.

    It was my first time in Fukuoka Prefecture. I arrived around 10:00 PM, but there was a welcome service (I forgot the name) where I could have a light late-night snack. Since I checked in before having dinner, I ended up eating there instead. In the Room, shampoo and body soap were provided, but there was also a system in front of the front desk where you could choose from 6 or 8 types of shampoo and treatment. You put them into small plastic containers and take them to your Room. I brought shampoo and treatment to my Room, but because the containers were identical, I couldn’t tell which one was which. It was my mistake, haha. It would have been helpful if there had been a marker to label the containers. Breakfast was buffet-style and very luxurious. Although the space was limited, there were many menu items, including plenty of Fukuoka specialties. I’ll upload photos for your reference.

    Convenient and comfortable

    Just a short walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. Conveniently close to Tenjin as well. The Room is small, but it feels like the right size unless you have a large suitcase. The shower booth was great, and being able to adjust the shower settings was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the loungewear was a separate top-and-bottom pajama style. It was also fun to enjoy wine in the lounge in the evening.

    Great location.

    A great location just steps from Nakasu-Kawabata Station—ideal for anyone planning to enjoy Nakasu. It’s also wonderful that Tenjin is within walking distance. The only disappointment was that there was no chair. I worked on my laptop in the Room, but there didn’t seem to be space for a chair, so I had to sit on the bed, and the cushion was too soft, which caused back pain. Another minor concern was some side-to-side swaying of the elevator, though it didn’t feel dangerous.

    Relax and unwind.

    Located along the riverside in Nakasu, you can start your morning leisurely with a coffee on a bench by the river. It is within walking distance to both Tenjin and Hakata, offering a bit of exercise as well. In the evening, it’s convenient with nearby Nakasu snack bars and food stalls. The Hotel offers well-equipped amenities, and the single rooms are neither too spacious nor too cramped, providing a comfortable stay.

    It is recommended to avoid dismantling cardboard boxes in front of guests at the front desk during check-in, as it may not leave a good impression. I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. The Room had a rattling noise coming from the ventilation fan, which was unsettling. Sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms were directly audible. I couldn't sleep well due to loud noises like banging from the next room during the night. Although checkout is stated as 11:00 AM, vacuuming and loud noises in the hallway started before 10:00 AM, making it difficult to relax.

    I stayed here after a long time. I’m not sure if it was due to the Fukuoka International Marathon, but nearby accommodations were fully booked, and I was able to make a reservation at Vessel Inn. With the recent increase in foreign tourists, accommodation prices have been rising, but considering the room size at Vessel Inn, I feel the pricing might be slightly high. Regarding breakfast, as I usually skip it, I found it sufficient for my needs.
