    I think it might be better to stop operating.

    First time making a reservation for my parents. Below are their comments: 1: If you know there are 4 rooms with non-functioning TVs, you should inform guests beforehand (or name the plan as "Rooms with Issues"). 2: When inquiring at the front desk about issues other than the TV, responses like "This hotel is old, so everything is second-hand" or "It's because of inbound tourism" were given without any intention to resolve problems. Guests wouldn't know such things, and it's baffling to hear staff describe their own hotel as old and entirely second-hand. 3: Saying "We will provide a QUO card at checkout" seems like an attempt to end the matter on your terms without resolving anything. Do you not understand that guests aren't asking for a QUO card? 4: A female front desk staff member who bluntly states "old and all second-hand," and a male staff member who says "please wait a moment" but never follows up—both are unfit for customer service roles. We will never stay here again. If this hotel has no intention of investing in facilities or fixing issues while using excuses like being old, second-hand, or busy with inbound tourism, it would be better to close this location and focus on the annex next door for Meitetsu's sake. I don't want to say such things, but what kind of attitude is this? There are more concerns beyond these points; not only does it fail as a business hotel but also as an operational accommodation due to poor front desk service. At the very least, if you're aware that 4 rooms have non-functioning TVs, inform guests beforehand or include it in the reservation plan details—otherwise it could lead to significant complaints depending on the guest. According to my parents' experience, every aspect deserves zero stars overall. While we didn't expect much based on reviews we read beforehand, this was beyond unacceptable—it’s embarrassing even from our side as those who made the reservation. If such responses continue from your team members moving forward, it risks damaging Meitetsu Hotel's overall reputation significantly.

    It was conveniently located near the station. Breakfast was available, and I think I had a comfortable stay.
