    Affordable Business Hotel in a Convenient Location

    I often stay here the night before early-morning tours departing from Shinjuku Station. Among Business Hotels in central Tokyo where you can stay on weekends, it’s on the more affordable side. The Hotel is located in the lively area around Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, making it convenient for dining, with plenty of options ranging from inexpensive to upscale and a wide variety of cuisines. There are also many convenience stores nearby, which is very handy. There’s also a 24-hour Fuji Soba close by, so you can get a proper breakfast even early in the morning. To reach Shinjuku Station, you just take the Marunouchi Line to Yotsuya Station and transfer to the Chuo Line Rapid with minimal walking, which is good value for the price. Since there aren’t many affordable hotels near Shinjuku Station, I use this Hotel as an alternative.

    I like APA, but I’m not sure about this one.

    Because I have allergies to house dust and mold, I usually choose APA hotels for business trips since they are generally well cleaned. But this one may have been a miss. The Room had a lingering greasy odor, the bathtub did not seem properly cleaned, dust had built up behind the sink, and the shower curtain smelled musty.

    The natural and friendly response from the front desk staff was reassuring. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Although you kindly assisted me with membership registration, it has not been completed yet. I will continue with the registration process; thank you again in advance!

    No excess or deficiency.

    A room designed specifically for sleeping and watching TV in bed. The bed was large and comfortable. The price was 10,000 yen with dynamic pricing, which felt reasonable.

    Conveniently located Business Hotel

    I stayed at this accommodation during my visit to Tokyo. Located in Akasaka-Mitsuke, just four stops from Tokyo Station on the Marunouchi Line, it offers excellent access to areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The surrounding area has many restaurants, izakayas, and convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient location. There are also places nearby where you can have breakfast. Even if you check out before the hotel's breakfast service starts at 7 AM, finding food won't be an issue. I had curry rice for breakfast, but the menu also included options like soba noodles, udon noodles, and ramen. Check-in was easy using the APA app, and checking out was convenient—just insert your card into a machine near the front desk. The room is compact but features a wide bed and essential amenities such as toothbrushes. The bathroom includes a deep bathtub that allows you to soak up to your shoulders—a nice feature. If you're just looking for a place to stay overnight without any frills, booking early can get you an affordable rate. With its great location and convenience, this business hotel offers high satisfaction.

    Mites

    The male staff at the reception who explained the check-in process was very polite, kind, and perfect. However, it seems there were mites in the Room's carpet or chair fabric, as I got bitten and had a hard time afterward.

    Meaningful Day Use

    It was a day-use stay for attending an event with a baby at Akasaka Sacas. We needed a quiet and calm space to prepare diapers and baby food, and this place was perfect. The 6-hour usage and the adjacent parking were extremely helpful.

    Cleanliness is the top priority.

    Upon entering the Room, the first thing I noticed was a person's hair on the pillow, even though the bed was made, which immediately put me off. It might have been a coincidence, but I think it would be better if the Room was thoroughly inspected one last time. The location is excellent. There are many restaurants, making it convenient, and the small yet powerful hairdryer was highly rated. With expectations for cleanliness, I thought it might be worth considering another location of APA Hotel.
