  I had made a Reserva...

  I had made a Reservation under a late check-out Plan, but my Room faced a construction site, so from early morning the noise of drills and machinery was extremely loud and I couldn’t sleep at all. I was disappointed because if the Room had been on the opposite side, it likely wouldn’t have faced the construction site and I might have been able to rest more comfortably. Since I checked in relatively early—just after 3:00 p.m.—I wish the Room assignment could have taken this into consideration… (Though I did appreciate being placed in a Room farther down the hall.) The TV and refrigerator in the Room were noticeably smaller than those in a typical Business Hotel. The staff member who handled my check-in was courteous, and the cleanliness of the Room was good.

  Thank you for your support.

  I had to travel on short notice and booked this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Tokyo as a stopover. It was close to the station and easy to find, the amenities were well stocked, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I had to check out without having it due to my departure time. There are many restaurants nearby, so if I have another chance, I would like to make a Reservation again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

  Excellent

  Conveniently located with easy access to both Keikyu and JR (Tokyu) lines, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly, providing excellent service, and the guests also seemed to be of a good nature. Quiet and comfortable at night. Truly an amazing Hotel.
