    It was very good.

    The building itself is old, and to be honest I felt a little uneasy when I arrived, but the service from the slim woman at the front desk was excellent. Both at check-in and during the free Shuttle Service, she was consistently courteous and attentive, and she spoke kindly to our 2-year-old child as well. The pool and the guest room were new and very clean. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The meals are unique and enjoyable.

    We stayed with a family of four and one dog. With this group, we often stay in whole-house rentals, but meals in those places are usually simple—just hot pot or BBQ. In contrast, the stay here was enjoyable because the appetizers were also plentiful. Dinner and breakfast were stocked in the refrigerator, so we could relax without worrying about anyone coming in, and our shy dog could unwind as well. The building itself is old, but the Room was nicely renovated and clean, and there was no issue with the smell mentioned in Reviews. The staff were kind too. We had a wonderful stay.

    A rare Hotel where you can stay comfortably even with small children or pets. Above all, the staff's service was top-notch. While the building's age was noticeable, it was still in a usable condition. Renovations might increase the price though...

    The Room is spacious.

    The room was spacious and relaxing, with a great view. The kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave was very convenient. The large public bath was nice, but there were limited washing areas, so we had to wait for a while. It would have been better if shampoo and other amenities were available in the shower booths as well. For dinner, we chose barbecue. There was plenty of meat and seafood, which made us very satisfied. The curry was also delicious. My husband and son enjoyed swimming in the pool, fully embracing the resort atmosphere. This is an accommodation we would love to stay at again!

    It was a wonderful Property.

    The property was very satisfying, with dogs enjoying the snow play and people enjoying delicious meals. The underground parking was a great help for loading and unloading luggage in the snow. It is a good facility that makes us want to visit again.

    It's a pity.

    I had to make a sudden travel plan and there were no other available places, but I found one on the IKYU site, so I felt relieved. However, to be honest, I was surprised by the Property. I felt that 65,000 yen for a family of six with breakfast was unreasonable. It was worse than a Business Hotel. On the contrary, I questioned the credibility of the pricing on the IKYU site.

    It is a hotel that families with small children can enjoy. There are summer events and a pool, which made us very happy. Meals can be eaten in the room, so there is no worry about disturbing other guests. The staff are pleasant. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Hotel where you can enjoy with children

    I stayed in October this time. There was a kids' room at the front with toys like Lego, which conveyed that it is a child-friendly property. The room had a somewhat musty smell, but it was spacious, and the children were delighted. My child was particularly fascinated by the library. There are various manga (such as Kingdom and Jujutsu Kaisen) and a few picture books. You can take the manga to your room, so we borrowed a lot and read them while lying on the bed. We only stayed for one night this time, but it makes you want to stay for several nights. After the onsen, there was free ice cream and water available. The children are saying they want to go in the summer next time (they seem to want to use the pool).
