  Sufficient if you just need a place to stay.

  Although it was on the first floor, I was able to rest without being bothered by any noise from the surroundings.

  It’s a bit small, but I slept well.

  I stayed here for business. It is located between two lively downtown areas, and although it is a walk from both Shinjuku Station and Shin-Okubo Station, I had a comfortable stay.
