    The ¥1,000 breakfast...

    The ¥1,000 breakfast voucher was completely confusing. “You can take this to nearby places like Tully’s and use it as a ¥1,000 coupon, but no change will be given.” That offers no real benefit to guests. If you can’t get change, you either lose money or end up ordering extra items you don’t really want just to exceed ¥1,000. I had already used the voucher for the first night, so I couldn’t do anything about that. But when I asked the front desk if they could refund the voucher for the second night, they did. If you bought it thinking there might be a special menu for guests like I did, you should request a refund. The direct connection to the station was convenient (as is usually the case with Mets). Also, the lobby coffee was surprisingly good for being free.

    It was very convenient, with direct access to the station and a Kinokuniya supermarket right next door.

    Microwave available!

    The Room has been renovated. Each Room has a microwave. You can heat up prepared foods bought at Isetan or Kinokuniya in your Room. The refrigerator also has a separate freezer compartment. Ice cream is fine too.

    With a suitcase, the...

    With a suitcase, the direct connection to the station was extremely convenient. The Room felt clean, the shower drained smoothly (I’ve had trouble with poor drainage at many Hotels), and the amenities were well stocked. The free coffee was also much appreciated! It was quiet and comfortable even while staying in the Room.

    Close to the station, clean and new, with a great ochazuke breakfast.

    Convenient with direct access to Tachikawa Station. The Room is spacious, bright, and clean. For breakfast, I had ochazuke at “Yamamotoyama,” which was very good. I would like to stay here again. The bath is also very good for a Business Hotel of this size (I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t sure whether there is an Onsen).

    Conveniently located near the station!

    I stayed here recently for a short visit. The Room was clean, compact, and easy to use. I checked in late at night using the self check-in machine, but a staff member was there to guide me, so everything went smoothly. Best of all, it is directly connected to Tachikawa Station, which was very convenient, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed for one night for a concert. The hotel is directly connected to the station, which was very convenient, and they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, so I could get around easily. The Room was compact but very clean and comfortable. Amenities were available at the front desk, where you pick up what you need. There were various types of bath salts, and it was fun for my daughter and me to choose different ones. The only disappointment was that I wanted a thinner pillow, but they said none were available, so I borrowed a bath towel as a substitute. I would be happy if there were more pillow options.

    Great location near the station, but I would like the Room facilities to be inspected.

    The hotel was conveniently close to the station, clean, and it was nice to have several dining options nearby, but the bedside lamp bulb was burnt out. I noticed it late at night, so I didn’t contact the front desk and just put up with it, but I realized how important it is for reading and adjusting the lighting for a good night’s sleep.

    I was bothered by the noise and light.

    I chose this hotel because it is directly connected to Tachikawa Station and close to the monorail station, but I was very bothered by noise from outside. Since the downtown area around the station is right below, I could hear various sounds until late at night. The city lights also flickered through the curtains and were distracting. The monorail and train noise did not bother me. I also had trouble with an unpleasant smell on the pillowcase. The front desk staff did not seem particularly friendly and felt like they were doing only the bare minimum. I was especially surprised that one of the male staff members would only respond if I greeted him first.

    The location was great, and the Room was clean. Eco-cleaning is good, but I would prefer cup replacement over pajama replacement.

    Convenient and Comfortable Hotel

    Two of us decided on a last-minute hotel stay and chose the "Room Assigned on Arrival" Plan. We were excited and curious about what kind of room we would get until we entered, and we were delighted to be assigned a Twin Room. The amenities were well-prepared, the room was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Although the monorail ran just below, the soundproofing was excellent, so noise was not an issue at all. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you!

    Excellent location.

    I always stay at this Hotel as the location is very convenient. When I don't feel like going out alone for dinner, there is a department store nearby where I can quickly buy what I like, and the Room has a microwave to heat food, which is very helpful. This time, since the price was lower, I assumed bath towels were not included and didn't request them—was that the case? It was a bit disappointing. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable.

    Feel at ease

    I was relieved to be able to reserve one month in advance. On the day of my stay, I arrived in Tachikawa around 10:00 PM. It’s very easy to find as it’s right near the station. When I entered the hotel room, I felt a sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. Thank you very much!

    8th floor - Convenient and Comfortable!

    I stayed in a Room on the 8th floor! It's convenient because there is a coin laundry on the same floor. There is a setting for small loads, so even for a one-night stay, you don't need to worry about bringing extra clothes. The Hotel is clean and very close to Tachikawa Station, so I would love to stay here again!

    Excellent convenience

    Located just a short distance from JR Tachikawa Station, making it very convenient regardless of the weather. The Room was slightly small but very clean and had a fresh feel. If I may make a request, it would be great to have coffee available in the Room. While there was complimentary coffee at the front desk, it would have been more convenient to have it in the Room, especially late at night.

    Convenient access fr...

    Convenient access from the station, with plenty of nearby shops making shopping easy. It was very convenient. The amenities were well-prepared, and the Room was clean and very satisfying. I would love to stay again when visiting around Tachikawa.

    The comfort of the futon and the breakfast voucher could be slightly improved.

    I stayed in a twin room, but the bedding was thick, with only one type available, and it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. As for breakfast, to be honest, it might not have been necessary. I received a 1,000 yen breakfast voucher, but dining at a restaurant frequented by commuters felt slightly awkward. Additionally, I couldn't fully use the 1,000 yen at Tully's Coffee; it seemed a bit excessive. A system where guests can freely choose what they like instead of using breakfast vouchers would be more appreciated.

    Convenience is our top selling point.

    I stayed for the first time with a 4-night Multiple Night Stay. I had business in Higashiyamato, and the Tama Monorail Tachikawa-Minami Station right in front made transportation very convenient. It is also adjacent to JR Tachikawa Station, making both arrival and departure extremely convenient. While there are no luxurious Facilities, it was more than sufficient for my needs, and choosing this place was the right decision. I will visit again.

    There is a 7:00 PM check-in plan, which was helpful as I could finish my errands in the evening before staying. The check-in counter was crowded and took about 20 minutes. The laundry machine was a user-friendly drum type, suitable even for small loads of laundry.

    The check-in process involves communication with an operator via a screen. Guests are required to input their names in katakana, and since the system is digital, exact matches are necessary. However, errors can occur, making the process take longer than expected despite its seemingly simple nature. In such cases, on-site staff provided support. If on-site staff could assist with the input from the beginning instead of only stepping in when issues arise, the process would likely proceed more smoothly. Remote interactions seem to present challenges in terms of clarity and ease of communication. It may be better to limit remote operations to tasks like handling inquiries or addressing specific issues.

    It is a standard Business Hotel, but being directly connected to the station is very convenient. I had no particular complaints. I would like to stay here again if I visit Tachikawa.

    I had a terrible experience with mite bites.

    There were mites, and I was bitten mainly around my arms, making it impossible to sleep. While the place appeared tidy, hygiene and cleaning were not adequately maintained.

    The late-night check...

    The late-night check-in was convenient as the Hotel is directly connected to the station. There was a small issue during self-check-in, but the staff's response was polite and excellent. It was a quiet and calm Hotel with a relaxing atmosphere.

    I was able to stay again this time!

    Had an urgent matter and went to Tachikawa. It was Friday night, but glad the Room was available! Every time I stay, everything is perfect and satisfying! Thank you very much!

    Per floor and per Room.

    The requests made during the Reservation were properly accommodated. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The microwave and large refrigerator were very convenient. I would like to stay in this Room again next time. It was an exceptionally quiet floor, which I appreciated. Thankfully, there were no loud guests walking around at night or knocking on doors, which I had been most concerned about. With the 1,000 yen meal voucher: - At the bakery on the second floor, you can get about two sweet buns and two inexpensive salted buns. - At Tully's on the third floor, you can get a hot dog and a grande café latte. - The ochazuke restaurant is too expensive for me to consider. As someone who prefers to save money, my breakfast consisted of four pieces of bread from the bakery and complimentary coffee from the Hotel lobby. Due to inflation, it’s understandable; however, despite booking a breakfast-included Plan, it lacked satisfaction as it wasn’t like a typical business Hotel breakfast buffet experience at all.

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to go anywhere. The rooms were clean after the renovation, and the shower had good water pressure.

    This is my 4th or 5t...

    This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. After the renovation, the reception lobby, hallways, and guest rooms are very clean, making every stay pleasant. I appreciate being able to take amenities and coffee or tea as needed at any time. From the Room, you can see trains and monorails clearly, which my child always enjoys watching from the window. There’s a microwave on the 8th floor, which is very convenient for warming up meals for children when needed. The hotel is directly connected to Tachikawa Station and surrounded by shops, making it easy to get anything you need—a great location that makes me want to keep coming back! The reception staff are all polite and friendly; I have no complaints at all. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

    Housekeeping entered without permission on the morning of the second day, unacceptable.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, changing Rooms during my stay. The morning after staying in the new Room, I went out for about 10 minutes to buy breakfast and returned to find that cleaning had been done without permission. It was still around 10:10 AM. I was shocked because valuables and personal items were left out in the open. This would be unthinkable timing at Hotels overseas and could lead to theft complaints from inbound guests. I called the front desk to protest, but the young staff member who answered simply repeated "Yes" without any sense of responsibility or sincerity in addressing the issue. There was no sign of genuine effort to handle the situation properly. Recently, it seems that due to labor shortages, many young staff members at Japanese Hotels lack proper communication skills. While I found this location convenient and had considered returning, this incident has made me decide not to visit Tachikawa again.
