    I saw in a Review th...

    I saw in a Review that the breakfast was delicious. Since it’s good value, I can’t complain too much, but it tasted average and there weren’t many items. Guests kept coming and going, but although there were many staff in the kitchen, no one was on the floor, so the tables were not wiped after use. Salad vegetables that guests had likely spilled were left there and not cleaned up. Overall, the Room was clean and the amenities were well stocked. I felt the complimentary coffee near the front desk was bitter and not very good. I arrived before check-in, but they said my Room was ready, so I could get in early, which I appreciated.

    The front desk staff were highly professional and very kind.

    A typhoon had reached Shibuya as well. I watched the musical *Chicago* on the 11th floor of Hikarie.

    I made a Reservation at a family-friendly Hotel, but the breakfast buffet was disappointing.

    I stayed here solo with my child. The Hotel staff were very kind, and although I was anxious traveling with a small child, we had a very comfortable stay. When choosing a Hotel, I searched for “kids OK” and found this one. The photos showed well-stocked children’s amenities, but they weren’t actually available. Fortunately, I had brought our own just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. What was disappointing was breakfast. It was very different from the photos, and the staff’s service felt minimal. I asked for a high chair for my child, but was told it was “over there” and to get it myself; I couldn’t find where it was and felt confused. It didn’t feel welcoming for families with children, and there wasn’t much my child could eat, so we barely ate and left quickly. I was happy to see French toast (which my child likes), but it was almost raw and I couldn’t let my child eat it. I felt this isn’t really a place that actively welcomes families with children. That may be unavoidable. In general, traveling with children can feel uncomfortable already, so we search carefully to avoid causing trouble—often with limited options—so I hope truly family-welcoming Hotels are easier to choose. Also, there were guests smoking at the Hotel entrance, which made me very uncomfortable.

    A clean Hotel with great views where you can sleep well

    I’m very satisfied—this is a great Hotel with a wonderful view, yet it’s quiet at night so you can sleep soundly. I’d like to stay every week.

    It’s compact and well designed.

    The JR exit has changed, and it’s now a bit farther from the station, but there are elevators and escalators, so you can move around easily with luggage without worrying about steps. The front desk staff are kind, the Room is clean, and for staying in the Shibuya area, this is the place to choose.

    Too beautiful

    The reception, elevator, and guest rooms were all exceptionally clean, which made for a very satisfying stay. The only minor concern was that hallway noise could be heard inside the room, but everything else was perfect! The breakfast area with its blue sofas was also lovely!

    It was my first stay in several years.

    With prices so high these days, it’s been hard to stay in Shibuya, but I found a better deal and booked a twin Room. It seems to have been renovated, and the Room felt new, including the bathroom and toilet. One of the best things about the Mets Group is their well-stocked amenities. The Room was clean and I was able to relax comfortably. The only downside is that it’s right in front of the tracks, so you can hear trains all the time, which bothered me a little. Still, being close to the station is also a plus. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Good.

    The room had no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom and other water facilities were clean, making for a comfortable stay. If I had to point out something, the elevator was slow, the base of the bathtub faucet was exposed and got hot when using body soap (perhaps consider improving the placement of the 3-item set?), and the pajama pants were too short. Breakfast was delicious, but the venue felt chilly; it would be great if attention could be paid to room temperature during seasonal transitions. That said, I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already made my next reservation.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Received a call from the Hotel right after completing the Reservation, informing me that the reserved Room was out of order and I would be upgraded to another Room. At first, I was thankful, but the noise near the door was quite loud. If this is what they call an upgrade, I'd rather they not mention it. Disappointing. Is this a Room they don't usually use? It felt like a temporary fix. The staff were polite and that was nice, but overall I felt very let down. On a positive note, I was surprised by the variety of bath products available!

    The bed was of high quality and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Amenities were well-prepared and convenient. The toilet and bathroom were brand new, providing a pleasant experience. However, train noises could be heard in the morning, which might be an issue if you want to sleep in late. The proximity to the station is also excellent.

    It was a good Hotel.

    Conveniently located near Shibuya Station's New South Exit, the accommodation was surprisingly quiet and comfortable despite its popularity. The staff were very kind and attentive, leaving a positive impression. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, which was satisfying. However, the cleanliness of some seats and tableware could be improved. The only downside was the restroom. While it was cleaned well, there was a noticeable odor that persisted even with the toilet lid closed. That said, considering the price for staying near Shibuya Station, this is an excellent hotel. I would love to stay here again!

    Tokyo Trip!

    This was my first stay, and the staff provided excellent service both during check-in and check-out. The Room was very comfortable and easy to relax in. I usually have trouble sleeping with a different pillow, but I slept soundly here. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

    The shower booth is ...

    The shower booth is convenient, but the water area should be made smaller to expand the bedroom; otherwise, the room feels cramped despite not having a bathtub. Additionally, even though a machine was used during check-in, I had to wait a long time for approval while the staff was assisting others, making the use of the machine seem pointless. Also, charging an Accommodation Tax on top of consumption tax feels like double taxation and should really be reconsidered despite being part of regulations. Guests on the same floor were noisy late at night and early in the morning; perhaps collecting disturbance fees from such guests could help offset or replace Accommodation Tax.

    It was beautiful.

    The room was small as we stayed as a triple, but both the room and the bathroom were clean. However, there were only two skirt hangers available, which was not enough for three people. The meal options were limited, and the dishes tasted overly salty.

    Satisfied with the renovated Room.

    You can stay in a renovated room, and the unit bath is very clean and comfortable. I would be happy to stay in this room again next time.

    Perfect for practical use.

    This is an accommodation-focused hotel, so if you use it with that in mind, it is very clean and a great place to stay. I chose a plan with breakfast included. While the variety was not extensive, the flavors were gentle and very satisfying. I would love to use this accommodation again.

    A serene atmosphere you wouldn't expect in Shibuya

    We stayed as a family of four, including a toddler. Although we were initially concerned about noise since it’s near Shibuya Station, the area was very calm and peaceful. There were also plenty of family-friendly restaurants nearby, which was great. The facility was clean, and our child loved the pajamas with Shinkansen patches, which made them very happy.
