    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The staff were pleasant, the lobby was stylish, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very simple. Perhaps because it’s a renovated Hotel, there was quite a noticeable drain odor. It’s also best not to expect much soundproofing. If you’re out most of the time and only return to the Hotel to sleep, it should be just right.

    The Hotel itself fee...

    The Hotel itself feels new and modern, and the exterior as well as the lobby and restaurant floor are especially stylish. However, the guest Room feels relatively cheaply built even among Business Hotels, and what bothered me most was the noise. Even inside the Room, you can clearly hear people walking in the hallway or knocking on a neighboring Room’s door—so much so that I mistook it for someone knocking on my own door. If the Room rate were low, I could tolerate it, but paying a decent price for this stay left me quite dissatisfied. The only real positive is that there is no bathtub; instead, there is an acrylic-enclosed shower booth. As a unit bathroom setup, it prevents water from splashing around or soaking the floor, which feels comfortable and is convenient for guests who prefer showers.

    One-night stay for attending a game.

    All staff were very courteous, and I was able to check in comfortably. However, there was some grime inside the Room kettle, so I washed it off myself, but I still didn’t feel like using it… Also, perhaps because the walls are thin, I could hear the sound of the neighboring guest pulling toilet paper when they used the restroom, which bothered me. Voices from the hallway also carried straight into the Room, and I was disturbed many times late at night and had great difficulty falling asleep. (I think this is partly due to a lack of manners among some guests, including inbound travelers… It may be difficult to keep announcing something as obvious as “Please be quiet in the hallway.”) Even though it was a corner Room, hallway conversations bothered me at least 10 times. I stay at some Hotel every month, but this has never happened before. Because the service from all staff was so pleasant, I felt very disappointed.

    The location is good. The Facility is old.

    Used for a business trip. The Facility is old, which is a drawback. Especially the shower is old and requires considerable force to turn. Also, the soundproofing is low enough that even whispers can be heard in the hallway.

    Stays with a great location

    It was in a very convenient location, which was great. However, the downside was that due to the area, drunk people were noisy until dawn.
