    This is one of my regular accommodations for business trips to Osaka.

    When I’m on a business trip to Osaka, there are several Hotels I consider, but if this one has availability and the price fits, it becomes my first choice. This time as well, I searched first and booked immediately. As always, it’s a clean Hotel, but lately I’ve often been placed on lower floors. The view is blocked by the neighboring building so you can’t expect much scenery; this time the adjacent building was especially close, and even in the morning not much light came in, making it the least appealing Room I’ve had so far. That said, I’m satisfied with the location and cleanliness, so if everything lines up again next time, I’d like to stay here again.

    Regular Accommodation in Osaka

    This is my first-choice hotel when visiting Osaka. I make a Reservation once my plans to visit Osaka are confirmed, and among several hotels, I choose the one with the lowest price. However, if there isn’t a significant price difference, I opt for this Hotel. As always mentioned, the Room is spacious for a Business Hotel, clean, and comfortable to stay in. While the view from lower floors is not impressive at all, it’s sufficient since I usually check in late at night and check out early in the morning. Umeda Station (subway and Hankyu) is accessible from here; though it requires a bit of walking as light exercise, the distance is manageable. I would consider staying here again next time if it aligns well with my budget considerations.

    It was a very comfortable accommodation.

    As it is also a training facility, there is a large desk, making it very comfortable for those who work in the room. The shower had good pressure, drainage was excellent, and perhaps because it is still new, everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed allowed for a restful sleep. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast.

    The room is clean.

    I used this during my business trip to Osaka. It is a bit far from Kitashinchi, so I recommend taking a taxi for transportation. The Room was spacious and clean, with an impression of thorough cleaning. I would like to use it again on my next business trip to Osaka.

    Check-in and check-out are conducted with staff assistance. The room desk is spacious, making it ideal for work. Although there were guests using the facility for training purposes, the breakfast venue was not crowded. A nearby LIFE supermarket adds convenience. The closest subway station is Ogimachi Station, offering easy access.

    The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained. Amenities are available next to the front desk, including toothbrushes, razors, cotton pads, cotton swabs, hairbrushes, and other essentials. The sleepwear is free-size and fits well; larger sizes can be provided upon request. Additional towels are also available. The room features a spacious desk, a powerful hairdryer, a kettle, green tea and roasted tea teabags, disposable slippers for comfort, and a humidifier to maintain moisture levels for a restful sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub where you can soak to relieve fatigue fully. One minor downside was that the foam hand soap/face wash at the sink did not lather well. Other than that small issue, everything was excellent! The cleaning staff greeted us warmly as well—this Hotel truly excels in hospitality and service quality!

    It was a quiet and very pleasant stay.

    〇 As the accommodation is primarily designed as a training facility, it was quiet and comfortable with very few tourists. 〇 The staff at the check-in front desk provided exceptionally polite and gentle service, which was very reassuring. 〇 The room, at 16 square meters, felt spacious due to its efficient layout. The large desk allowed me to work comfortably, and the trouser press was very useful. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. 〇 I was pleasantly surprised by the thick salmon served for breakfast. It exceeded typical Business Hotel standards in quality and was absolutely delicious. 〇 The surrounding area of the hotel is peaceful without any noise disturbances, and having a convenience store nearby made it extremely convenient. 〇 For this price point and level of stay quality, it exceeded expectations—truly living up to IKYU standards! I had an incredibly pleasant stay here and would definitely choose this accommodation again for my business trips to Kansai. Thank you very much!

    A very convenient and clean Room. Perfect size for one person, with a user-friendly desk for those working. The price is affordable, and it's within walking distance to the station. A very accessible Hotel overall.

    Hospitality

    I have stayed here several times for business trips, and the Room is spacious and comfortable. I often request additional pillows, hangers, or use the laundry service, but this time, extra pillows and hangers were already prepared at check-in. I was deeply impressed by the thoughtful service of the Hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The Room near the laundry was also very convenient. Thank you as always!

    I had a comfortable stay as usual.

    This is a Hotel where I often stay during business trips. Although it is a bit far from Umeda (Osaka Station), it is within walking distance, and I like the Room as it is clean and somewhat spacious. However, since it's a business trip, if the price exceeds 10,000 yen, it's a bit tough for me. So I've also looked for other Hotels in the area and stayed at them several times, but if the price matches my budget, I think this place is the best choice. The cleanliness of the Room is my first priority when choosing. The front desk staff are also kind; although there was some time between my last stay and this one, has the bathroom detergent been renewed? The fragrance was nice and I really liked it. If the price matches again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Spacious and clean

    I used it for the first time. It is close to the bustling area of Umeda, yet quiet. There is a seminar house, so the work desk in the Room is spacious and comfortable. The bath is large, the mirror is big, and the hairdryer is powerful, which was delightful for women. I am definitely sure I want to use this Hotel again.

    Location, quiet, and the lobby is clean. Room is also comfortable. Breakfast has a wide variety. It was just one night, but very satisfying.
