    You can relax and unwind in a calm setting.

    I stayed on the 14th floor. This is my regular Accommodation when I’m in Osaka. This time, I was reminded again how helpful it is to have a mirror in the Room that I can use for makeup. I’ve stayed at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels as well, but they didn’t have a mirror, so I could only do my makeup in the bathroom. It’s a small thing, but it matters to me. I’ll be back again.

    Dissatisfied with the breakfast!

    I went to breakfast after 8:00, but the side dishes were not kept warm and some were cold. The rice was piled high in an enormous rice cooker, and by the time I ate there was only a little left at the bottom; perhaps because of the weight, the grains were crushed and it didn’t taste good. There was something called “niku-sui,” but there wasn’t even a piece of meat—just tofu soup. Even though more than half was gone, no one came to refill either the rice or the niku-sui at all. The Toyoko Inn I stayed at the next day had warm side dishes, and the rice was served from an automatic dispenser so it tasted better. Honestly, I think this breakfast is worse than a lower-tier Business Hotel.

    Clean, kind service, and conveniently located near the station.

    As expected from Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The front desk service and room cleaning were perfect. I would be even happier if there were rooms with separate bath and toilet. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    A conveniently located Business Hotel

    I stayed one night for an errand in Uehommachi. It’s in a very convenient location just a short walk from the station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Even though it was late at night, check-in was smooth, and I was happy to find a wide variety of amenities for a Business Hotel. The Room was typical for a Business Hotel, but the bathroom area was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The price was reasonable as well, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to use again.

    Peace of Mind, Always

    I always stay here when I visit Osaka. The location is convenient, the bath is spacious enough to stretch out and relax, the table is large and easy to use, and the amenities are familiar. I was especially happy to find bath salts. I felt very relaxed. It was also quiet even on a lower floor. I also appreciated the towel replacement service. I would like to stay again.

    A clean Accommodation near the station

    We left the Room assignment to the hotel and were given a Standard Double. The Room was spacious and clean, and the staff were kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, we really appreciated that water was included when our towels were replaced, and the aromatic hot towel service made us very happy. The coffee at the amenities bar was also delicious, and it was great to be able to relax in the Room. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka.

    The staff were all very kind and helpful. The location was excellent, making it convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping. However, one issue was that the room did not have a safety box installed, so I had to carry my laptop and valuables with me at all times (perhaps it would have been fine to leave them in the room without worry). This became a bit of a burden. It might be okay for just one night, but for a business-related multiple night stay like this time, it was somewhat challenging. Overall, I think this is a very satisfying hotel.

    Excellent location

    Excellent location. Close to the station, no need for an umbrella even in heavy rain! However, the room charges might be a bit on the higher side.

    Overall, a satisfying Hotel.

    This was my second stay, but compared to the first time, I noticed some issues with the room's cleanliness. For some reason, there were fairly long hairs stuck to the ceiling of the unit bath, and I also spotted hair behind the TV by chance. However, I was very satisfied with the overall cleanliness, spaciousness of the room, variety of amenities, and the staff's attentiveness. Overall, I feel this is a great hotel.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed at this hotel while looking for accommodation in Osaka to visit the Expo. It is conveniently located near the station, and there is a shuttle bus service (I took the bus from Uehommachi to get there and used the train on my way back). The location was better than I expected, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

    I would consider staying here again.

    A spontaneous trip to Osaka. With no specific plans, I secured accommodation for the stay. It was conveniently located, just a 1,500 yen taxi ride to Shinsaibashi. Around the hotel, there were drugstores, convenience stores, fast food outlets, yakiniku restaurants, and izakayas. Although my car couldn't fit in the hotel's parking due to size restrictions, I parked at a nearby lot just 2 minutes away on foot for 2,000 yen per 24 hours. For dining out in Namba or Shinsaibashi and simply returning to sleep afterward, this accommodation posed no issues at all.

    Always a Comfortable Accommodation

    Stayed as a mother and daughter. The corner twin room features the Refa series and is slightly more spacious than typical Business Hotel rooms, making it comfortable for two people. Although some time has passed since its opening, there are no signs of aging. Please continue to maintain the cleanliness and comfort in the future.

    You can stay with peace of mind.

    Conveniently located near the limousine bus stop for Itami Airport and close to Kintetsu train access. The room is clean, providing a comfortable and secure stay.

    Stayed for 3 nights

    It would have been better if the bath water temperature was a bit higher. It was comfortable as the surrounding noise was not very audible.

    The Room was small.

    I checked the size of the Room before making the Reservation, so I was honestly disappointed that it was small. I wonder if I was guided to the Room listed on the IKYU site. I was generally satisfied with the other amenities, but I would have been even happier if there was a hairband. I was very satisfied with the ReFa shower head, iron, and hairdryer.

    I slept well.

    The Room was compact, but the bed was large, allowing for a relaxing stay. There was a bath additive among the amenities, and I was able to relax by soaking in the bathtub. It was very convenient being so close to the station!

    Hair and other debri...

    Hair and other debris were found everywhere, such as on the bedding, Room wear, and in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. It was disappointing despite the good location.

    A convenient Hotel close to Uehonmachi Station

    I used it again for a business trip to Osaka. The abundance of amenities unique to Roynet (in addition to basic cosmetics, there is also coffee, bath additives, and mineral water for each person in the Room) is reliably appreciated. There are also pharmacies, convenience stores, and izakayas nearby, making it very convenient. This time, I stayed in a Room with a large bed and had a comfortable stay.

    Convenient and clean Business Hotel

    Convenient area, close to the Uehommachi bus terminal. Limousine buses are also available from the airport, so I used it for the first time this time. Of course, the stable amenities of Roynet quality are well-equipped, and check-in is smooth and comfortable. However, for some reason, the toilet stopped flushing completely at the very end (morning of the second day), and since I was working in the Room, I used the toilet on the front desk floor. (I should have mentioned it at checkout) Other than that, I had a comfortable stay, so I will visit again when I am on a business trip to Osaka.

    Day Use

    I used the property because there was an event nearby and I wanted to change costumes. The guest room and facility were clean and had a sense of cleanliness, and there was a parking lot on the first floor, so I was able to use it comfortably with both customer service and service. I wanted to use the restaurant on the first floor for an early lunch, but I couldn't use it because the morning time hadn't ended yet. I thought it would be nice if I could also use single-item menus such as coffee and light meals. I would like to use it for stays as well as day use.
