    A Hotel with Many Thoughtful Touches

    I arrived at New Chitose on the last flight, so I looked for a Hotel near the airport. They covered the taxi fare from Chitose Station, which was reassuring even with a lot of luggage. There were taxis waiting at Chitose Station even after 10 p.m., so I arrived smoothly. At the front desk, I was given dashi soup. Many Hotels offer coffee, but this was my first time receiving dashi and it was great. Drip coffee is also available. The Room feels a bit old, but the shampoo and conditioner are DHC products and didn’t leave my skin feeling dry, which was nice. In the morning, there is also a Shuttle Service bus to JR Chitose Station, which was convenient. There are various izakaya nearby as well, so it seems you could enjoy yourself even if you arrive early. The location is slightly inconvenient, but it’s a Hotel with thoughtful touches throughout and left me with a very good impression.

    Convenient and Comfortable Hotel

    Conveniently located near Chitose Station, I made a reservation at this comfortable Hotel. Coffee was prepared in the morning, making my stay pleasant. I will use it again next time!

    I stayed here twice this year, in September and October. The staff's hospitality always makes my stay pleasant. I will definitely visit again. Please take care as the weather gets colder. Thank you very much for everything this time!

    Almost there!

    Considering the room and facilities, I felt the price could be a bit more affordable. This is just my personal opinion based on staying at various accommodations during my motorcycle trip around Japan!

    I used this Hotel to...

    I used this Hotel to meet my husband who is on a solo assignment in Hokkaido. It’s close to the airport, and although it’s a bit far from the station, it was within walking distance for me. The Room was clean, and there were many restaurants nearby. I enjoyed dinner outside and had a relaxing breakfast at the Hotel's Japanese-Western buffet. The local Hokkaido vegetable buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to have a comfortable stay.

    The bar on the first floor is a bit...

    I stayed for three nights and on the second day, I found it bothersome to go out again, so I went to the bar on the first floor. First of all, ordering was a hassle because you have to scan a QR code and do it on your smartphone. Also, there were hardly any pictures on the menu, both on the smartphone screen and the menu itself, so it was hard to tell what kind of dishes they were. Additionally, it's expensive. Next time, I think I'll stay at the hotel but won't use this bar.

    The staff are kind.

    The room was spacious and clean. The reservation-based free shuttle service to the airport was truly a grateful system. I appreciate the detailed guidance on dining options. I would like to use it again.
