    It was comfortable.

    After a tiring train journey, it was a big help that the hotel was right in front of the station. Since I booked the Room-assigned Plan, I was nervous when I went in, but it turned out to be a twin Room, so it felt spacious and not cramped like a single—really great. I’d like to stay again next year.

    View of Mount Hakodate

    The Room was on the 12th floor, and the views of Mt. Hakodate and more were wonderful both day and night. I really enjoyed taking photos.

    Convenient for sightseeing.

    There is also a large public bath, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The location is convenient for sightseeing with good transportation access, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It may be a bit dated, but this is our favorite spot near the station.

    The slightly brown Onsen is the best. This time, I didn't have breakfast due to my schedule, but the breakfast is cost-effective and satisfactory. Being near the station makes transportation convenient, but recently, finding dinner options near the station has become challenging. However, this seems to be an issue specific to Hakodate itself.

    Business Hotel

    Located just 1 minute from Hakodate Station, the property offers a spacious and clean natural Onsen bath on the top floor, complete with a sauna. It also features massage chairs and washing machines, making it highly functional and convenient. On the first floor, there is a Misuzu Coffee service (machine), and the staff are friendly and attentive. The driver was also very pleasant. The Shuttle Service to the airport upon departure was impressive. The pillows and sleepwear were comfortable, and I would definitely like to stay here again next time!

    The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly, but...

    The overall Facility and equipment were undeniably old, and the black and red mold around the water areas was a bit concerning. However, the excellent location and staff service were satisfying. On the other hand, I was quite bothered by some Chinese guests speaking loudly in the hallways and bath area.

    First used in May 2025.

    I visit Hakodate every year, often traveling by plane. While I usually stay at a different Hotel in Hakodate, this time I chose this Hotel for its reasonable pricing. The small size of the Room was expected and not an issue for me. Since I had to leave by 7 a.m. the next morning, there wasn’t much time to relax at the Hotel anyway. I used the coin laundry at this Hotel during my stay. After checking on the washing machine when it finished, I transferred my clothes to the dryer. This was very helpful as I was on a long trip through Hokkaido. One downside was that the self-parking spaces were quite narrow and difficult to park in comfortably. It would be great if wider spaces could be provided for imported cars in particular. With so many rental cars around, I worried about door dings from neighboring vehicles. When consulting with a female staff member at reception about using flat parking spaces instead, she informed me that they were only available for vehicles with lower heights and declined my request.

    When I forgot my bre...

    When I forgot my breakfast voucher and tried to return to my Room, the front desk staff kindly stopped me and reissued it on the spot. I appreciate their thoughtful service. It would be even better if there were more Hakodate-specific menu options for breakfast.

    Stay for a meeting

    A little Room

    I chose this chain store for the peace of mind of being close to the station, regardless of the Room, but the Room was a bit too small. The bed was wide, but there was no space to open even a not-so-large suitcase, and even if I tried to use the stand that was leaning against the wall, the stand itself couldn't be fully opened, and when I tried to move it, it blocked the passage, which was very inconvenient. Because of such a situation, I didn't feel like using the air purifier that was there. However, the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including New Year's osechi dishes like datemaki and terrine kamaboko, and even properly grilled mochi ozoni, which I enjoyed very much. The only disappointment was the Room space.

    Flat Parking Lot Information

    I arrived at the entrance of the Hotel by car and called to ask for directions to the flat parking area because my car is large. A female staff member from the Hotel responded, but she had the worst attitude, telling me to find it myself even though she didn't know the parking location. Please provide proper customer service training! It made me feel unpleasant!! Thank you to the male staff at the lobby front desk for your courteous assistance!

    The bath is unfortunately under construction.

    I have stayed here three times. The location near the station is convenient for going anywhere. This time, the bath was under construction, so only one area was available with alternating use for men and women, and the limited usage hours were a bit inconvenient.
