    I’m a bit troubled.

    The TV remote wasn’t working properly (maybe the batteries were dead?), and I had trouble because it wouldn’t respond unless I pressed the buttons hard. I’d like you to check it in advance. In the shower, the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bottles were too far away to reach easily, which made them inconvenient to use. Otherwise, including the service, I was satisfied.

    The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I would have liked toast for the bread. There was only orange for fruit, and I wished there was yogurt. I would like a hand mirror for makeup in the Room.

    You can relax and unwind here.

    It had been a while since my son and I had the same day off, so we stayed here after work the day before our holiday. Since we might have gotten stuck in traffic on the expressway and arrived late, I had set a later check-in time, but we ended up arriving earlier than expected. The male staff member at the front desk was extremely kind and courteous. There was a bath in the room, but we took advantage of the large public bath instead. Since it was late, it wasn’t crowded and we could relax and unwind. Breakfast was buffet-style, with more than enough variety for me. On our way to Kusatsu and Ikaho, I was looking for a Business Hotel where we could check in even late at night and enjoy a large public bath, so this location was easy to find and very convenient. The other staff were friendly as well, and I’d like to stay again. Highly recommended for an after-work stay.
