    Returning Home to Matsusaka

    I always stay here when I come back to visit family. The unit bathroom is small, but on weekdays you can use the public bath, which is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has been offering more and more variety; it would be perfect if there were yogurt as well. I will stay with you again.

    Great value for money

    I found this Hotel in Matsusaka because I wanted to stop by Ise Grand Shrine before my golf trip. It’s small, but the large public bath was comfortable and never crowded. The complimentary coffee service in the lobby was also nice.

    I’m quite sensitive ...

    I’m quite sensitive to noise, so when I wrote in the Reservation notes, “I would appreciate a Room that is as quiet as possible,” they kindly accommodated my request, which made me very happy. With Business Hotel prices rising, it was a great help to be able to stay at a reasonable rate by making an early Reservation. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Matsusaka.

    A Trip to Mie for the First Time in 21 Years

    It had been 21 years since my last trip to Mie Prefecture, and it has now been two months since this trip ended. I stayed at your Hotel for my first shrine visit of the year at Ise Grand Shrine. My room was on the 2nd floor of a 10-story building, so there was no distant view—only nearby sights like the sushi restaurant (Sushiro) and National Route 166. The room was not very large, but it was comfortable and I had a pleasant night’s sleep. There is a public bath on the first floor of the Hotel, which I used, and it was wonderful to enjoy a bath while traveling. The next morning, I had breakfast in the dining area on the first floor. After that, I left the Hotel and enjoyed sightseeing. Thank you very much.

    Too disappointing.

    I often stay at Route Inn hotels in various locations and have usually been very satisfied, but this time was extremely disappointing. The staff were courteous, however, first, the Room air conditioner had a filter that was left partially removed, and when I turned it on, dust blew out into the Room. The shower temperature alternated between hot and cold, and my wife nearly got burned. As for breakfast, we arrived shortly before closing so there may be some unavoidable aspects, but there was hardly any food left. The location is great and the building does not feel particularly old, so honestly all I can say is “what a shame” and “disappointing.”

    Although the property seems old, it was clean and comfortable. The public bath was smaller than expected, but since I was alone, I could relax and enjoy it. The breakfast was delicious as well. I would love to stay here again.

    The Limits of a Business Hotel

    When we arrived with a 2-ton truck, we realized we had overlooked the parking space reservation. On the first day, thanks to the staff's arrangement, we were able to park, which was very helpful. However, on the second day, we were told there was no place to park. When we inquired about nearby parking options, no response was provided. This made us keenly aware of the limitations of this hotel's hospitality.

    Comfortable

    The hotel is a short walk from the station, but it's not an issue. They kindly stored my luggage before check-in, and by the time I checked in during the evening, my bags were already delivered to my room, which was very convenient. The large bath was comfortable and relaxing, helping me recover from travel fatigue. There are several restaurants around the hotel that stay open late, so finding food even at a late hour is not a problem. Crossing the railroad crossing to enjoy local sake at a small sushi izakaya near the station is also a great option. The room on the 10th floor had a great view and was very comfortable.
