    Non-smoking Room, but it smells; winter bedding provided.

    This was my second stay; I stayed in June as well. This time, I also made a Reservation for a non-smoking Room. As soon as I got off the elevator on the 4th floor, it already smelled like cigarettes, and the Room also smelled of smoke. I asked a staff member to check, but they said they couldn’t smell anything, so I was moved to another Room. It was on the 9th floor and had newly replaced wallpaper—last time I stayed on the 8th floor in a Room with new wallpaper too, and of course there was no smell then. Also, the bedding was a thick winter duvet, and I couldn’t sleep at all. I will never stay again. The price was also much higher than last time, which really surprised me.

    The entire Room smel...

    The entire Room smelled musty, and the bedding was extremely damp. There was an unpleasant odor from the moment I got off the elevator, so I suggest airing out the whole building on clear days. Breakfast had a sufficient selection, which I thought was good.

    A Business Hotel Stay After a Long Time

    I stayed in a semi-double Room. Perhaps it had been renovated—the bedding was comfortable, and the jinbei-style sleepwear was easy to wear. The hot water in the bath had strong pressure, which made it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and changed my impression of a Business Hotel. However, paying 500 yen for parking was a bit disappointing.

    Peace of Mind

    I always use affiliated Facilities during business trips. It would be helpful if this Facility could be renovated as the equipment is aging.
