  Bath

  The large public bath was very relaxing after coming back tired from walking. Breakfast wasn’t the same every day, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

  It was a conveniently located accommodation.

  The parking lot was spacious and easy to use, and it was conveniently close if you wanted to go to Kanazawa Station. Breakfast was delicious, and we were able to relax with coffee in the lobby. We stayed with our relatives, so we appreciated having Rooms next to each other. Thank you for allowing us to check in early.

  Conveniently located with easy access from Kanazawa Station, and a large public bath to enjoy.

  The lobby coffee and the large public bath open until 2:00 a.m. are very much appreciated.

  Close to the station and the meals were delicious.

  I chose this Hotel because of its proximity to Kanazawa Station, the availability of a bathhouse, and the reputation for delicious meals. The lobby had a coffee machine, making it convenient and pleasant for meeting up with friends. My companion mentioned that it would have been nice to have some fruit available at breakfast.

Our accommodation is located about a 5-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. Exit from the East Gate and proceed along the elevated walkway to your right, and you will arrive at our hotel. Many guests traveling by Shinkansen or train choose to stay with us. In the lobby, we offer complimentary welcome drinks. Available hours: 15:00–22:00 and 6:30–10:00 the following morning. Please feel free to enjoy them at your convenience during these times. For non-staying guests, access to guest rooms is not permitted; we kindly ask that you use the lobby area instead. Regarding breakfast, thank you for sharing your thoughts on fruits. We will discuss this with our restaurant staff and take your valuable feedback into consideration.   Conveniently located near the station. The large public bath on the 14th floor was perfectly spacious and at a comfortable temperature, with an excellent view for a pleasant experience. Although I couldn't have breakfast due to an early departure, it was reassuring to know that it is provided for all guests. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities like a humidifier and kettle, ensuring a comfortable stay.

  Luggage storage before and after your stay is greatly appreciated, and the staff provided courteous and pleasant service. To ensure guests staying for multiple nights do not get bored, we change the menu daily. In addition to rice dishes, we also offer a variety of bread options for you to enjoy your favorite items. On the top 14th floor, there is a large public bath available. Being on the top floor, it offers views of Kanazawa's cityscape and night scenery.   It was great.

  I have used Route Inn at several locations, but this was my first time staying at this Hotel. During check-in, I was asked if I needed a guide for the facilities, and when I inquired further with examples, no clear answer was provided, and no guidance was given. This was a negative point for me. Additionally, during my Multiple Night Stay, there was no bed-making service. However, the Onsen and breakfast were excellent.

  The meal is...

  Conveniently located near the station, we chose this hotel for its large public bath at the end of our trip. Overall, it was not bad. The breakfast side dishes were standard, but the rice was extremely disappointing—mushy and with a terrible texture. This has not been an issue at other Route Inn hotels. Additionally, music started playing inside the building from 6:30 AM, making it difficult to sleep in, which was unfortunate.

While each Room is equipped with a unit bath, many guests prefer to stretch out and relax in the spacious public bath. Additionally, on the same floor, there is a relaxation room where you can enjoy views of Kanazawa's cityscape and night scenery after your bath. We also provide parking facilities, so guests traveling by car for work can stay with us. Parking is available for 1,000 yen per car per night. Please feel free to use this service.
