    Next time, I would like to enjoy a more relaxed morning stay.

    Close to the station and very convenient. The Room was clean and well-prepared, making it very reasonable for the price. This time, I had an early departure, so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast at leisure despite the variety available, which was unfortunate. Next time, I plan to have a schedule that allows for a relaxed morning.

    Reliable Route Inn

    Close to the station, and both the Facility and amenities are satisfactory. The public bath is small and can get crowded at certain times, but soaking in the bath helps relieve fatigue. Aside from concerns about manners of some tour guests who appeared to be Chinese, overall it was satisfying.

    Very convenient location, close to the station. The large public bath helped relieve travel fatigue. Although it was a single room, it was very comfortable.

    Lost and Found: Thank You.

    Very convenient location in front of Morioka Station. I was able to leave my luggage first and then head to work. You can also enjoy dining and shopping at Morioka Station. Most importantly, I realized I had forgotten my card case after leaving the Hotel, but when I contacted them, they checked during cleaning and successfully found it. They even arranged to send it to my home, which was extremely helpful. The reception staff and phone support were all very polite. I will definitely use this service again for both work and private trips. Thank you very much!

    I stayed here on the first night of my trip to visit Chuson-ji Temple and enjoy the cherry blossoms in Tohoku. After a long journey and a busy schedule with lots of walking, I checked in around 7 PM. The hotel's convenient location near the station made it easy to find, which was very helpful. As a member of the hotel, check-in was smooth and hassle-free. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding meals wasn't an issue, and while the breakfast service doesn't offer many options, it is still a much-appreciated feature. The large public bath helped me relax after a tiring day, allowing me to continue enjoying my trip on the following days. One thing I particularly like about this Hotel is that its lighting and air conditioning are similar to those used in regular households—no dim lighting or hard-to-adjust air conditioning causing stress here! Combined with the consistently high-quality service from staff across the whole country, staying here always feels reassuringly reliable. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A Delicious Breakfast on a Snowy Day

    I stayed in Morioka for work. It happened to be a day of heavy snow starting in the evening, and in the morning, I was able to see a beautiful snowy sky. There was a long line for breakfast starting at 6:30, and I enjoyed the delicious buffet. The Room was also neatly prepared, which made me happy. I look forward to staying again.

    Convenient location

    This is my first stay. I visit Morioka every month. I was attracted by the proximity to the station, the large public bath, and the complimentary breakfast. The large public bath was not crowded, allowing me to stretch out and relax. I was also pleased with the two-piece room wear. I didn't feel embarrassed moving around in the elevator. The meals were varied and delicious. They promptly replenished the food. The staff were courteous and provided heartfelt hospitality, making my stay very comfortable.

    A cost-effective Hotel with a large public bath near the station. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good. It would have been better if there were more types of salad vegetables.

    No proactive service at all.

    The front desk did not explain that free morning newspapers were placed near the elevator, and when I read the hotel information paper and went to get one, there were none left. Similarly, there was no explanation that wearing loungewear and slippers was allowed inside the hotel, so I had to take the trouble to confirm this myself when going to the public bath. I clearly felt the hotel staff's lazy attitude, as if their job was done just by handing the hotel information sheet to guests. In that case, a robot would suffice, or perhaps a robot would provide a better level of service by explaining things verbally.

    Route Inn is a hotel where you can't go wrong no matter where you stay. Clean with sufficient services. Delicious breakfast. I would like to stay again.
