    After sightseeing

    During check-in, the front desk told me there was no Reservation, which made me panic. After I showed them the booking site, they checked my name but spoke in a way that felt suspicious. The two staff members at the front desk during the day were unhelpful, and I was also charged incorrectly for an additional meal fee. When I went to sleep, it was noisy upstairs the entire time. I contacted the front desk twice to ask for help, but nothing improved—the noise continued and I ended up sleep-deprived. However, the staff member who assisted me at check-out was very pleasant, so I gave 2 stars for service.

    The reservation was for the main building, but it was incorrect, so it was changed to the annex.

    Towels in the bathroom!

    The room was in the old building, and despite the exterior, the interior was outdated. Also, the towels in the bathroom! I think they were washed, but there were round stains like ink. There was a note saying not to take the towels home. No, I definitely won't. An air purifier was installed, but the plug was still bundled. I wish it had been plugged in. The price was just okay. Maybe because there are few business hotels and no competition around Nagahama. I won't be repeating my stay.
