    This was my first time staying here. I had originally planned to visit Nagoya on different dates, but due to the recent heavy rain, my schedule was uncertain and I made a last-minute Reservation. Even so, the staff were wonderful, and since my Room was on the top floor, I wasn’t bothered by footsteps from above and had a very comfortable stay. I didn’t notice when booking, but there was also a large public bath, which helped me feel refreshed. Perhaps because it was during peak breakfast hours, some items were unavailable. Personally, I would have been happy if there had been yogurt. That said, considering the price with breakfast included, the quality was very high and I was satisfied with the meal. It was also great from a hygiene standpoint that rice could be dispensed automatically at the push of a button rather than being self-served. Although it was an unplanned Hotel booking, I’m glad I stayed here. I’d like to use it again next time I visit Nagoya.

    Highly satisfied

    This was my first time staying at a Route Inn Hotel. A top-floor corner Room. It was very quiet and comfortable. The interior had a calm, unified color scheme, and everything was simple and clean—nothing was lacking. My sister especially loved the samue loungewear and even wondered if it could be purchased. The toothbrush was too hard for me and made my gums bleed. Thanks to you, we had a very pleasant stay on our sisters’ trip. Of course, the staff’s service was excellent as well.

    A budget-friendly Hotel with a large public bath.

    Yamachan’s main restaurant is nearby, and as you’d expect in Sakae, there are plenty of places to go for drinks at night. However, it’s far from the station, which can be inconvenient on hot or rainy days. The amenities are basic, and the in-house slippers and room wear are not very comfortable to use. The changing area of the large public bath was also small. The pay TV does not accept the new banknotes.

    Would love to visit again.

    The reception and dining staff were both courteous, making me want to stay again. Even late at night after an event or meal, there were 4 to 5 reception staff available, ensuring smooth check-in without any waiting time. The spacious lobby added a sense of comfort, giving more of a Hotel feel rather than just a Business Hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also very delicious.

    New Year's soba was served. It was delightful to enjoy it with warm broth. The breakfast also had a festive touch with mochi, which was delicious. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    The station felt a bit far. As it was my first visit and I had a carry case, it would be very helpful to include information about exits with elevators in the access section. Between the station and the Hotel, there were places to eat, a 24-hour drugstore nearby, and convenience stores, which were very convenient. The Room was spacious enough for one person, with an outlet by the bedside for added comfort. Thank you very much.

    Affordable and Comfortable

    My first stay at Route-Inn Hotel. All the front desk staff were very pleasant. The attached parking lot was very convenient. The extension fee was reasonable and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. It would be great if there were a cold water dispenser in the large public bath area. Although it was just a one-night stay this time, I thought it would be ideal for a long-term stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Great value for money!!

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The facility itself is somewhat old-fashioned, but it is reasonably clean and there were no particularly unpleasant aspects. I stayed for 4 nights and experienced no inconveniences during my stay. The breakfast service was impressive, especially considering it was complimentary. It felt like a great example of how the "hardware" may age, but the "software" can continuously improve in hotel operations. Highly recommended!

    Great value for money and excellent location.

    Located at a comfortable distance from the bustling downtown, offering a peaceful stay. There is a rental bicycle station nearby, which might even be faster than taking the train from Nagoya Station. Near Ikeda Park, you'll find several affordable and delicious Thai restaurants. Despite such an excellent location, the rates are very reasonable—definitely worth coming back!

    When making the Reservation, only smoking rooms were available, so I booked one, but the smell was bothersome. However, I enjoyed relaxing in the large public bath and the variety at the breakfast buffet. Next time, I would like to stay in a non-smoking room.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    There was free coffee next to the front desk on the first floor, and it had a nice aroma. There were two baths, and they were clean. The room was simple but quiet, and the air conditioning was good, so I slept soundly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, so I would like to stay here again when I come to Nagoya.

    I used it as a Business Hotel with an artificial Onsen Facility in Sakae, the downtown area of Nagoya. It was reasonable, including breakfast.

    Spacious Business Hotel

    A large Business Hotel with two large baths and many washing areas, highly rated. The breakfast venue is spacious with a wide variety of dishes. The water infrastructure in the Room is a bit old. Located in the center of Sakae, close to Nagoya cuisine restaurants such as hitsumabushi and tebasaki, making it a great location. However, please be cautious when walking around at night as it is also close to the host district.

    Convenient as there is a parking lot available.

    The parking fee is 1500 yen, but this parking is very appreciated for a hotel located in the center of Nagoya City. Also, the room is clean and well soundproofed, so you can't hear the noise of cars from the road. It was a good hotel.
