    It was reassuring.

    I stayed alone, and I was pleased to be assigned to the women’s floor. I felt safe and slept comfortably. I would love to stay here again.

    Handling of luggage after arrival on the accommodation date

    I always use this Property when I visit Chitose, but this time I sent a package from the company to Route Inn to arrive on the check-in date. However, despite the package arriving at the Hotel, the male staff at the Hotel front desk said they hadn't received it. Even when the Hotel side contacted the courier to check if they had received it, they couldn't get through, etc. When I contacted them, I was able to get through and was explained the name (signature) of the recipient, the delivery time, and where the package was placed. I was not treated with care. I am a little upset with the response of the Hotel staff this time. It's quite irresponsible...
