    Hairdryer required!

    The service is excellent. Despite being near the elevator, no hallway noise can be heard. However, there was a beetle in the room wandering around the light, making it hard to sleep. There is no hairdryer in the room, so I had to go to the Onsen in the morning, which can be a bit inconvenient for women. The Onsen was clean and comfortable.

    I can't sleep.

    Stayed in a room without a bath in the West Wing. The cleaning was perfect and everything was spotless. Thanks to the Onsen, it wasn't an issue not having a bath. However, the walls seemed thin as I could hear sounds from the neighboring rooms and hallway. The mattress was too hard to sleep on comfortably.

    We stayed with our 2-year-old child, and everyone was very accommodating, allowing our child to enjoy the stay without getting bored. Also, it was great to have access to the Onsen in both the East and West wings. We would love to visit again.
