    We stayed here as a family of four.

    With few Hotels offering a single Room for a family of four, we chose this Hotel this year. The Room was a family room and fine if you just need a place to sleep. However, if you want to have a light meal or sit and relax, there wasn’t a proper table and chairs, so we ended up spending time on the beds. The sofa bed springs were quite firm, and the squeaking noise bothered us. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and we were satisfied. We made our Reservation under the survey Plan, but we’re not sure when the survey will be sent and it’s causing some confusion.

    The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

    It was a twin Room. It wasn’t very spacious, but the night view from the window was beautiful. The Room was well cleaned and comfortable to use. The showerhead was too large and difficult to use. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including tuna from Misaki Port, and everything was delicious.

    The Room was not as spacious as in the photos and felt small. It was also old and worn, and there was no view at all. Water was provided only on the first day, and the elevators were inconvenient due to heavy use. Parking spaces were also limited. The only positive point was the excellent breakfast.

    The unit bathroom has an unpleasant odor, and there’s nothing particularly appealing considering the price.

    There is a convenien...

    There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    This was my first time staying here.

    I stayed at this Hotel because my favorite artist had a live concert in Yokohama. Since it was a single Room, the view was decent. The Room was well cleaned and felt very clean. At some hotels, you can hear noise from the next room or the floor above, but I didn’t hear any noise at all here. For breakfast, I was thrilled to be able to enjoy my favorite tuna in the morning. I think it’s great that there is a Plan that lets you stay until 12:00 p.m. Next time I stay, I’d like to choose a Plan with a better view. Thank you very much.

    The front desk staff were wonderful.

    All the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

    Malfunctioning washlet in the Room

    I booked the Ladies’ Room for two nights because I was drawn to the night view. The location is convenient and close to Sakuragicho Station, and amenities like a ReFa hair dryer are helpful, but the Room felt much older than expected and the layout was not very user-friendly. The bedding was not duvet-style; it was just a cover placed on top, which kept slipping out of place and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, possibly due to a malfunction with the toilet bidet seat, water sprayed every time even when I didn’t press anything, which was very frustrating. I noticed it right before going to bed, and since I planned to be out almost all day the next day as well, I declined a Room change. However, the front desk staff member who handled my call wasn’t very helpful, and when I went to the front desk the next day there was no apology either—overall it left a poor impression. It also made me feel that this Hotel doesn’t properly check for issues like this in advance. When I went to buy an unlimited-ride ticket at the front desk, I was kept waiting unnecessarily—perhaps by an inexperienced staff member—and overall it was simply stressful. Other than the location and night view, I wouldn’t really recommend it.

    For stunning Minato Mirai night views, this is the place!

    We stayed here for one night because I wanted to show my child the Minato Mirai night view. It’s reasonably priced, yet the view is amazing. If you plan to ride Cosmo Clock 21 or the YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN, you can buy discounted tickets at the front desk. (I only found out the next day from a flyer on the brochure stand… sigh.) The Room is compact, but you can pick up only the amenities you need at the front desk, and at checkout you simply return your key card to a box. It’s simple with no waste; the amenities were high quality, and everyone at the front desk was always very kind and friendly, which made us happy. The free drink bar (8:00–20:00) available during Fujita member stays was also extremely useful. It was a very hot day, so checking in at 14:00 to rest a bit before heading to Cosmo World at dusk was definitely the right choice. Above all, what an incredible night view! The bed wasn’t positioned by the window, but while watching the Ferris wheel change colors, my child fell asleep before we knew it—looking so content. We also enjoyed breakfast buffet-style; since it was a weekday, we could relax by a window seat. The Misaki tuna was especially delicious. With such an open layout and clear sightlines, I appreciated being able to seat my child and go get food without worry. We made wonderful summer vacation memories here. Thank you very much.

    I was pleasantly sur...

    I was pleasantly surprised by how lavish the breakfast was. However, the coffee wasn’t refilled for quite a while. Even after speaking to the staff, I waited over 20 minutes and it still wasn’t replenished, so I took drip coffee from the amenities corner and bought water at the convenience store on the first floor. Aside from that, everything was great. It’s also conveniently close to the station, so I’ll stay here again!

    Night Views and Misaki Tuna

    As always, the Minato Mirai night view was wonderful. As usual, I was able to relax with the ladies’ Room facial steamer, ReFa items, and the Bluetooth speaker. This time I chose a plan with breakfast, and I was surprised by how delicious the Misaki tuna was. There were also plenty of side dishes and drinks, and the dining area was spacious with a great view—breakfast time was both tasty and enjoyable. I might choose breakfast again next time. What disappointed me was the bathroom area… The sink faucet came on with a loud noise. The washlet worked sometimes and didn’t work other times… After filling the bath and draining it, the unit bath floor flooded and the bath mat became unusable… It seems renovated Rooms are now available as well, so perhaps it’s time for replacement. It’s such a wonderful Room with a great view, so I would be happy if these issues could be improved. I’m planning to visit again in a few months, so I found myself hoping for a different Room next time. I plan to continue staying at this lovely Hotel that I truly love, so thank you again in advance.

    Very satisfied.

    The Room was a bit small, but the night view was stunning—especially the Ferris wheel lights changing one after another; I couldn’t stop watching. The Room with a night-view was amazing.

    Close to the station

    Being close to the station was everything, and all my requests were met. The building’s color also served as a landmark, and it was clean just as its fresh image color suggests. There were no issues such as malfunctions or deficiencies with the Facility equipment, and I appreciated that everything worked as it should.

    Great location.

    The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy sightseeing right away. The view from the Room was wonderful, and it was equipped with a facial steamer and a ReFa hair dryer—perfect for a solo female trip. At breakfast, there were window-side seats that were comfortable even for one person, so I could relax and enjoy a delicious meal. I’d love to stay again.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    We stayed here for a special anniversary. The breakfast buffet was especially delicious, and we really enjoyed the sushi and fresh seafood. The lounge access was also a great perk, and we were able to relax for a while even after checking out, so we were very satisfied.

    Directly connected to the station

    I chose this hotel for a live event. It was very convenient, close to the venue and directly connected to the station. The tuna at breakfast was also delicious.

    It was great.

    It was conveniently located right in front of Sakuragicho Station. The Room was a bit small, but it was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with Yokohama-style menu items. The night view was also beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The view is great.

    I have stayed here several times. The view from this Room was also great, but I frequently heard a rattling noise coming from the window area. Perhaps it was the wind hitting the window frame. I considered asking to change Rooms, but it was after 9 p.m. and I was tired, so I went to sleep as is. Even late at night, I occasionally heard the same rattling noise.

    The location and the view were both great.

    This was my first time staying near the Minato Mirai area. The Room felt small, but it was fine for one person, and I was able to relax. There were plenty of amenities, and I was satisfied. There were also staff from overseas, and the service was good and polite. One disappointing point: at the breakfast venue there was an omelet station cooked by staff, but when I asked if I could have a fried egg instead, I was told it wasn’t possible. It may be a fixed rule, but having options would likely increase satisfaction. It would be even better if there were a raw egg available for the seafood rice bowl. I will stay here again when I visit Yokohama. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

    First-time guest

    I missed the last train and stayed here at short notice. It was very reasonably priced, with a convenience store downstairs, close to the station, and in a safe area. Even though it was late at night, they brought charging equipment to my Room, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Great value

    Just under JPY 20,000 for two people for one night with breakfast. Since it was the cheapest Room, the guest Room was not very spacious, and the bathroom was a unit bath. The amenities were very well stocked; in addition to the usual items, there were many facial care products such as sheet masks. Breakfast was buffet-style, and it was rare to find seafood in Yokohama, so I was very satisfied. At check-in, even though I was still operating the screen, a staff member pressed it without asking, which I found slightly unpleasant. However, considering everything including the location and service, it was excellent value for the price and overall very good.

    Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. It seemed to be due to strong winds, but the creaking noise was severe—not only from outside the building but also from inside—so I couldn’t sleep at all. It may have been unavoidable due to the building’s structure, but I stayed here to be rested for my plans the next morning and ended up even more sleep-deprived. I’m not sure if it was because you were extremely busy during Golden Week or if it was just bad timing, but it was disappointing that the staff waiting at the front desk and by the self check-in machine did not seem welcoming or smile.

    Outing with Kids

    I stayed here because it’s within walking distance of Cosmo World, offers great views, and was reasonably priced even during Golden Week. The Room is on the small side, but it’s affordable and the view is truly wonderful. The amenities included items like facial masks, which was very helpful. I was also able to use the lounge with no registration fee. It’s right in front of the station, with a supermarket and bento shop nearby, plus restaurants in the same tower, making dining very convenient.

    Conveniently located near JR and the subway.

    We were able to check in smoothly with the self check-in process. The Room had a great view of the large Ferris wheel right in front of us, and we enjoyed the night scenery. The dining room also had a wonderful view, making for a very pleasant stay.
