  Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke.

  This was my fourth stay here. This time, as soon as I entered the Room, I noticed a strong cigarette smell. My companion also stayed in a separate non-smoking Room, but the smell was so strong that she immediately asked to change Rooms. However, she said the new Room also smelled of cigarettes. She mentioned that a staff member checked the Room and agreed that it smelled like cigarettes—what could have been the cause? Right after entering, I was also concerned to find hair on the carpet. It was gray hair, so I think it may not have been mine. I would like to stay here again when I visit Iwaki, so I hope you can improve both the odor issue and cleaning quality.

  Excellent!

  The location, service, atmosphere including the front desk, and breakfast were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again.
