  A bit small, but functional.

  I used this place for a “summer escape” in Tokyo. I usually stay in places around 20 m², so I was a bit worried since this one is 14 m², but although compact, it was functional. What surprised me was that outside the Room wasn’t an indoor hallway—each floor was open-air, like an apartment building. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the bathroom is small, probably because it’s a 14 m² space.

It is furnished with one double-size bed, and the Room size is 14 m². As you mentioned, our Hotel features an open atrium design from the second floor upward, and a smoking area is provided on the second floor. On the other hand, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused regarding the size of the bathroom. Each guest Room in our Hotel is equipped with a unit bath. Although space is limited, we will continue to maintain thorough hygiene management so that you can use it comfortably and cleanly at all times. When you visit the Hamamatsucho area again, we would be grateful if you would consider staying at our Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you again.

Our property is located about a 5-minute walk from JR/Monorail Hamamatsucho Station North Exit and about a 2-minute walk from Subway Daimon Station A2 Exit. It is also approximately 15 minutes from our property to Tokyo Tower. The surrounding area is a business district, so it is bustling with various restaurants on weekdays. Our rooms are equipped with toothbrushes, shampoos, hairdryers, and chargers, but other amenities such as cosmetics can be freely taken from the shelf in front of the front desk. We also offer complimentary coffee, so please feel free to use it. We will continue to strive to provide services that satisfy our guests. If you have another opportunity, please consider using Hotel Mystays Hamamatsucho again.

  Hot water temperature

  The hot water didn't come out. It's fine for just a shower, but it's lukewarm for filling the tub. It might be okay for inbound tourists, but as a Japanese person, it wasn't good.
