  I would like a refund.

  I made a Reservation with the breakfast package. I was told breakfast service accepts guests until 9:30, but when I went at 9:15 it was already closed. When I spoke to the front desk, they didn’t seem to understand what had happened and gave me an unclear response. I would like a refund.

  I had a comfortable stay.

  The Room was not very spacious, but it was quiet and comfortable to stay in. However, there were two disappointing points: 1. Despite having a mini kitchen, detergent, sponge, and an induction cooker were not provided. 2. The refrigerator did not have an ice-making compartment, making it inconvenient to replenish ice. Still, I would consider staying here again during my next visit to Osaka.

  Unfortunately.

  Used after visiting the Expo. Slightly far from the station. The Hotel seems quite old, as the air conditioning was noisy and made it hard to sleep. Amenities were not very good, and the slippers were reused, raising hygiene concerns. It was also difficult to find where tissues and slippers were placed. Considering this, I would prefer a more affordable price setting.

  Considering the price...

  Stayed during the Golden Week period. The building is old, but considering the price, it was sufficient. However, the room was a bit dusty. The cleaning staff did their best to clean it alone, but they might have been short-handed. Other than that, there were no issues as it was just for sleeping.

  First, regarding the...

  First, regarding the bath, there were a few strands of hair around the bathtub and toilet, which was unpleasant. The large hand mirror in the room had stains like foundation, making it uncomfortable to use. As for breakfast, there were not as many items as shown in the photos, with only one dessert and not many side dishes... Personally, I chose this Hotel partly because of the photos, so it was disappointing. The customer service was handled by foreign staff, and it was very polite. However, there were many disappointing aspects overall. Thank you.
