    Visiting Hakata to See an Old Friend

    Just a few minutes on foot from Tenjin-Minami Subway Station—very convenient location. The front desk staff were polite and pleasant. The amenities included DHC cleansing oil, toner, and more, which was very helpful. There is a coffee machine on the first floor, available free of charge. There is no bottled water in the Room, but instead there is a water pitcher and a water refill station. When checking out, I filled my own bottle with water. I think it’s a great sustainable system. It was an overnight trip: in the evening I enjoyed dinner with friends from my student days, and the next day I viewed the festival floats at Kawabata Shopping Arcade and other places. For lunch I enjoyed burdock tempura udon (so delicious!). I bought lots of tasty Hakata sweets at the airport before heading home. It was a wonderful trip—thank you very much.

    Everyone was kind.

    I booked this for my first solo trip in a while. The staff members were different each time—when I called the day before, when they stored my luggage before check-in, and when I returned after going out—but everyone was very helpful and made me feel at ease. The room was clean, with no unnecessary amenities cluttering the sink area, which I appreciated for its simplicity. On a personal note, I was delighted to find that the TV was SONY with the same remote as at home; I enjoyed watching YouTube. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station and 15 minutes from Tenjin Station. The Lawson on the corner was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again when attending live events. Thank you!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    It's not far from the nearest station. I stayed for two nights and thought it was a good Facility with adequate service and maintained privacy. At check-in, I was handed a paper with the Hotel rules and told to "please read carefully." I wondered if there were any special rules, but it turned out to be more like content that allows you to feel at home. After midnight, the entrance is locked, so the unlocking method was explained. However, even in such cases, the front desk staff would open it for us, which I found very appealing as it wasn't overly excessive service. If I have another opportunity to visit there again, I'd like to use it. Thank you very much.
