    Although the price was higher during the peak season, it felt reasonable considering the adequate Facilities and the complimentary breakfast. It was conveniently located near the station.

    Very convenient, and the Room was clean.

    As expected of JR Inn, it’s quiet and relaxing.

    If you’re looking for a quiet Hotel where you can sleep well, JR Inn is the one. The lockers for storing luggage before and after your stay are located right near the entrance, which is helpful because you don’t have to go through the lobby. It’s also great that the Room has a bathtub where you can soak and relax. It’s nice that the amenities include bath salts, and I especially appreciate that the skincare products are Sekkisei. Having a trouser press permanently in the Room is also a plus. There’s a wide selection of pillows to choose from, and with an upgraded Simmons bed, I slept very well. Breakfast may be light, but it’s impressive: different breads each day, three kinds of soup, hygienic single-serve cups of potato salad, individually wrapped Hokkaido Camembert cheese, and even yogurt and milk pudding for dessert. Perhaps because it’s a light meal service, the breakfast area is quiet too, which feels relaxing. However, I noticed a yellow stain on the pillow I chose. I’d also like the refrigerator to be pre-chilled.

    Excellent value for money

    Everything you need for a Business Hotel stay is provided, and I was pleasantly impressed by the thoughtful amenities and small items. The complimentary meal is also more than sufficient as a light snack.

    A beautiful Hotel

    I went to Sapporo for a friend’s wedding. It was close to the station and within easy reach of the newly renovated Former Hokkaido Government Office, so I’m glad I chose it. I checked in late at night, and the staff greeted me very politely. The Room was clean, and I could choose a bath additive on the first floor, which made for a very relaxing stay. I was also satisfied with the Accommodation cost, so I’d like to stay again.

    Great location! It’s very convenient to have a convenience store and Daimaru nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again.

    Great value and just a short walk from the station!

    This was my first time staying here. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was more than sufficient for what was included. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, it was a perfect 2-night, 3-day stay. I would love to stay here again when I visit Hokkaido next time.

    Was there an Onsen?

    We used the Room after self check-in. There was no information in the Room about the Facility or equipment in the building—was there an Onsen? If there was, that’s disappointing.

    Located near Sapporo Station.

    I travel to Hokkaido every year, but I hadn't noticed this Hotel before. It is close to the station, has a clean exterior, and while the rooms are a bit old, they are very clean. The staff were kind, and the cost performance was excellent. The luggage storage system was more convenient than other Hotels I've stayed at. Thank you for your hospitality.

    A modern Hotel with a sense of cleanliness.

    The room is cleaner and more modern than expected. The only downside is the limited selection of salads at breakfast.

    The location was harder to find than expected!

    The Hotel was a bit hard to find, possibly due to the nighttime and ongoing construction of the Shinkansen. The Room's bathroom had a washing area, and I enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub filled with hot water. It would be nice if the breakfast menu was displayed at the entrance so guests could decide what they want to eat. The bread was very delicious! Check-out was simple as I only needed to return the Room key into a box.

    Very convenient, close to the station.

    Very close to JR Sapporo Station, with two convenience stores nearby, making it convenient. Being able to choose a pillow that suits you is also good. The Room was clean, and the desk and washroom space were spacious, making it comfortable to stay.

    The bathroom and toi...

    The bathroom and toilet were not separate, so there were a few hairs from the previous guest on the partition curtain. Other than that, the staff served with a smile, and I was able to use the facilities without being bothered by construction or train noise.
