  I will never use Candeo again.

  In the first Room we were shown, there was a strong musty mold odor. Upon checking, we found significant black mold inside the air conditioner. We were then moved to another Room, but although we had made a Reservation for a double bed, we were assigned a Room with two single beds. We called the front desk via the in-room phone but could not get through, and even when calling from an outside line it took a long time to receive an answer. We were also told that nothing could be done because the property was fully booked that day (although the Room was ultimately adjusted again). In addition, after being exposed to mold in the first Room, I developed a headache and felt unwell. This made us concerned about room hygiene and how issues are handled.
