    Thank you very much.

    I stayed here on the first day of my trip to Hokkaido. I stayed in a twin Room, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable, so I slept very well. Breakfast was also very delicious, and although I wanted to try lots of different items, I got full quickly—so I’d like to stay again next time. However, as may be the case anywhere, the unit bath shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. I understand humidity and mold may be unavoidable, but that was the only disappointing point.

    Close to the West Ticket Gate at Sapporo Station

    I stayed here for business. It was nice that the snow had already melted in spring, and it was especially convenient because it’s close to the station. Late at night, I was a little bothered by the voices of foreign guests in the hallway, but the convenience was a big plus.

    Close to Sapporo Station

    Conveniently located near Sapporo Station. However, considering that the Hotel near Chitose Station where I stayed the previous night had newer Facilities, more amenities and beverages, and was half the price, Chitose might have been a better choice despite being slightly less convenient. Also, I would prefer pajamas to be a two-piece set.

    The location was excellent.

    I stayed for one night and had a comfortable experience. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and within walking distance to the Clock Tower, Odori Park, and Susukino. There’s a Lawson convenience store in front of the Hotel and a Seicomart around the corner, which was very convenient. The Room was small but clean and functional. It would have been even better if mineral water was provided. Breakfast wasn’t bad but not particularly outstanding either—it was average overall. I appreciated that they had soup curry available. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful. However, during check-in payment, I noticed that the amount presented was before applying the IKYU discount; if I hadn’t caught it, I might have paid the full price without realizing it. When I pointed this out, they checked and adjusted it to reflect the discounted amount. From outside, it looks simple like a typical Business Hotel; however, while not spacious, the front lobby is stylish and clean. The neighboring Aspen Hotel from the same group is larger and more impressive in appearance; still, this smaller-scale atmosphere here left a positive impression on me as well.

    The hotel is located very close to Sapporo Station, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are separate, making it ideal for family stays.

    I stayed at the prop...

    I stayed at the property to attend a live concert. I was able to drop off my luggage and check in earlier than the check-in time. The front desk staff asked about my return time, and when I hesitated because I wanted to have dinner before coming back, they kindly said, "Is it a concert? Please take your time. It's okay to be late." Thanks to their kindness, I was able to enjoy my last night in Hokkaido. Thank you very much.

    Mystays Sapporo Kitaguchi

    The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean, with thorough cleaning that made the stay pleasant. I was assigned a room on the 13th floor, offering a great view of the beautiful cityscape of Sapporo. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, which was great. With a convenience store, izakayas, and a MOS Burger nearby, I had no trouble at all. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Hokkaido.
