    It was a very pleasant Hotel.

    I arrived about an hour early and asked if you could store my luggage, but you prepared my Room right away—and even upgraded me since there was availability. The Room was clean, I could enjoy tea in the lobby, and I was able to relax in the bath with bath salts. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles—perfect service. It’s also close to the market, and Kenrokuen Garden is about a 20-minute walk away, making for a pleasant stroll. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money!

    The plumbing and bathroom areas felt a bit dated, but considering the Accommodation Fee, overall satisfaction was high. Breakfast was delicious as well—especially the dressings, egg dishes, and the daily pasta special—I liked them so much that I went back for seconds. When I visit Kanazawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    I stayed one night i...

    I stayed one night in Kanazawa. The location is in an area with many Hotels, close to Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle, which is very convenient. The room size is standard, but I was pleasantly surprised that various charging cables were provided. It was very helpful. However, the reason I rated it slightly lower is the breakfast. Breakfast is available, but the selection is limited and I wasn’t very satisfied. Personally, I didn’t feel the breakfast-included Plan was worth the cost, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

    The Hotel entrance was difficult to find.

    I stayed on the women-only floor. I appreciated being able to choose a bath additive, but I felt the scent was quite strong. The Room was small and felt a bit cramped. I don’t often have the opportunity to stay overnight in Kanazawa, and this was my first time staying at your Hotel. If I have the chance, I would like to visit again when I can relax and take my time. Thank you very much.

    A comfortable Room with great value for money.

    Check-in at the Hotel was at 1:00 AM, but the staff were kind and attentive, which was truly helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. I would love to stay here again next time. Thank you!

    Excellent Access

    I stayed here during my visit to watch a performance at Kanazawa City Cultural Hall. It's within walking distance to Omicho Market and conveniently located near various sightseeing spots in the city. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    The front desk has a very pleasant atmosphere.

    The Room is a standard city Hotel type. It is clean, and the surrounding noise is not noticeable. The air conditioning and air purifier were excellent. The front desk service was above average. It was a comfortable stay.

    Used for the second time.

    Second stay for a family trip. Enjoyed a relaxing time on the ladies' floor with bath salts and foot massage amenities. The ReFa hair dryer and shower head added to the uplifting experience.

    I got excited.

    It was a spacious, lovely, and wonderful Room. The bed was comfortable, and with a sofa, I could relax and spend time leisurely! If it weren't a unit bath, I might have been able to enjoy bath salts too.

    Great value for money!

    It seems there was a vacant room by chance, and I was given a women-only floor. Thank you. Good points Kenrokuen Garden, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and Omicho Market are nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. Also, there are many buses to Kanazawa Station. There are various bath salts and bath additives available, which are enjoyable. The breakfast didn't have a wide variety, but the taste was delicious and the atmosphere was good. The front desk staff were kind. Bad points There was no hair cap in the amenities, so those who need it should prepare their own. There were some stains in the bathtub that could be removed by rubbing with a hand. There were two hairs and noticeable black dirt on the door between the Room and the washroom (washroom side). This might have bothered me because I'm a bit particular. I wrote various things, but the Room was new, and considering the price, I was quite satisfied. I think I will use it again, so thank you in advance.

    I was able to relax.

    It is convenient as it is about a 2-minute walk to Omicho Market and the department store at Musashigatsuji. The bath was very clean, with no odor at all, making it very comfortable. When the heating didn't turn on, I asked the front desk and was told there was an issue with the piping. It started working properly after a while. There was a slight issue, but the response from the front desk was quick and very pleasant. Since it was a women-only floor, it was fun to try various things like bath additives, ReFa, massages, and sparkling mirrors.

    I understand that the price is higher due to staying during the holidays, but I thought the cleaning was insufficient as there were several hairs around the basket where the hairdryer was placed, and dirt accumulated in the grooves of the remote control buttons. At checkout, since it was pre-paid, I wasn't expecting excessive greetings, but it was a bit disappointing that there was nothing else besides "It's already done."

    I stayed with my chi...

    I stayed with my child. We were able to relax in a spacious room with a pleasant scent (from a Kutani ware incense box). We received bath salts, skincare products, and face masks, so I thought there was no need to bring my own. The salad dressing at breakfast was delicious. I was also happy to have fruit available. I appreciated being able to have coffee multiple times in front of the reception. It is close to the market, and it's convenient to use an unlimited bus ticket for getting around to the station, Kenrokuen, Katamachi, Nishi Chaya District, and Higashi Chaya District, but you can also walk around while experiencing the city of Kanazawa (though it takes time). I would like to use it again.
