    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here with my mother on a trip for two. It was great that we could use the parking lot from 12:00 before check-in until 12:00 the next day. The best part was that the hair dryer in the Room was a ReFa—my hair felt amazing, so I’m considering buying one (lol). We chose this place because it has a large public bath and is close to the station, but the bath was very crowded, and I wish there had been space at the end to use the showers or rinse off. With shopping complexes and department stores nearby, it’s a very convenient location, and I’d like to stay again.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. I had breakfast on the second morning, and I was glad to be able to enjoy Hokkaido specialties such as hokke (Atka mackerel) and ramen. It’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and is reasonably priced, so I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    It was decent overall, but the public bath was far too small for the number of Rooms. Perhaps it was due to the time of day, but there were too few washing stations, and the tub was extremely crowded. The drainage was also not smooth, so water pooled around our feet, which was unpleasant.

    Highly recommended.

    The Facility and amenities were very clean, with thoughtful attention to detail. It wasn’t over-the-top, but it clearly showed considerate care throughout.

    The service is doing its best.

    I stayed for 7 nights due to home renovations. The building is old, but I could tell they are working hard to make up for it with their service. The large public bath was always crowded for women, and it was disappointing that the lockers are tall and narrow, so I often had to wait. On the plus side, all rooms had ReFa hair dryers and showers installed.

    Thank you to the front desk staff.

    We stayed for two nights with breakfast included. I won’t go into details, but due to my own careless mistake I caused some trouble. They corrected it smoothly without showing any displeasure, and I’m truly sorry. I’m simply grateful. It made me feel that not only the person who assisted us, but all the staff are trained to respond in this way. Thank you very much.

    I would have liked a few more Hokkaido specialties at breakfast, but considering the cost, I think it was reasonably priced.

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The staff greeted me politely both when I left and when I returned, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. They also noticed something I had forgotten right away and contacted me, which was a great help. I also liked that I could choose my shampoo in the bath.

    A cost-effective Hotel with spacious Rooms conveniently located near the station.

    After staying during a trip two years ago, I made my second reservation. It is conveniently located about a 2-minute walk from Sapporo Station, the room is spacious, and there is a large public bath. I had a great stay. I will make another reservation next time as well.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    This was my first stay, and I appreciated the water provided near the front desk. The breakfast was delicious, and I had a comfortable stay. I look forward to staying here again if I have the opportunity.

    A short walk from the station.

    The Hotel's website provided clear directions, making it easy to find the location without getting lost, but the distance from the station felt a bit long when pulling a suitcase. This is a personal issue, but the pillow didn't suit me. When I asked at the front desk, they kindly offered several other options, though none worked for me (I appreciated having multiple choices available). The Hotel itself is very clean and reasonably priced, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers.

    No complaints at all?

    It was a very good Hotel. The only drawback was that the toilet seat lid would always close on its own when sitting, hitting my back.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Although it is a Business Hotel, the large public bath allowed me to relax and unwind. The complimentary post-bath ice cream was also a wonderful touch. The vending machine prices were reasonable, comparable to those in town. The Facility is entirely new, making everything clean and pleasant. I am grateful for the hotel's kind gesture of upgrading me to a spacious Room this time. The staff members were all very courteous, and I had a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. I rated the service 3 out of 5 because cleaning activities in other Rooms started quite early before 9 AM, with linens and supplies occupying the hallway when I returned from breakfast. This may have been due to staying on the second floor. Additionally, there was a work schedule attached with magnets to the elevator frame that remained there until checkout along with hallway clutter like linens. While I understand efficiency needs for cost management, attaching work schedules visibly on elevator frames seems inappropriate. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. Although I went before 9 AM when it wasn’t crowded, restocking seemed slightly slow. The grilled Atka mackerel was particularly delightful. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. I would consider staying here again during my next visit to Sapporo!

    Close proximity to Sapporo Station is a key advantage.

    In recent years, many accommodations have been built, but this hotel remains a rare option for those looking for a reasonably priced accommodation within walking distance of Sapporo Station. That said, the pricing felt quite high, perhaps due to seasonal demand. The hotel itself is slightly dated, but the cleanliness was fairly well-maintained. As a hotel with a large public bath, it would be ideal to have an in-room safe box. If available, guests could go out to places like Susukino without carrying their belongings—this aspect was disappointing. A valuables box commonly seen at golf courses was unexpectedly placed near the front desk; however, its location was too exposed and didn’t feel secure enough for guests to use comfortably.

    Breakfast included!

    I recently stayed for 2 nights (room only). First, the front desk service was excellent (female staff). While it has become common to pick up amenities from the lobby, I thought it would have been nice if a brush was available. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast as well.

    I used it during a business trip. The location is convenient from the station, and the front desk service was satisfactory. I will use it again when I visit Sapporo.
